Everything appeared to be going great, did a good job removing the existing couches and setting up the new. As I had arranged with Kelly directly - the removed couches were loaded onto the truck for delivery to my son's home in Carramar and an old couch and ottoman were to be picked up and disposed of.
This is where it all went to SHIT!!!!!
We got a phone call from Kelly telling us there was a mix up, he would take the ottoman but not the couch.As I had already paid an extra $205 as agreed I thought that he was "taking the piss.!!!!
He then stated that he would be charged $50 - $60 to dump it at the top so I told him I would pay an extra $100 to cover it. He said he would have to check with his brother and get back to me. The next thing I get is a phone call from my son saying the couch and ottoman were left on the verge????
To say that we are not happy is a bit of an understatement!!!!
We now have to pay someone to collect the couch and ottoman and take them to the tip!!!!?.
Worst removalists ever!!

We received amazing service from Richard at the Springvale store.He was extremely patient and nothing was too much trouble.The thing that amazed me was that he remembered my name after 2 week as well as my husbands who he hadn’t met if I ever need another couch I’ll go straight back to Richard . We purchased a rug from Kotara store & found both staff to be extremely helpful. Wouldn’t hesitate to buy from there again. Delivery staff were also very courteous & considerate of our new home.

After waiting for more than three months, they delivered the product with missing pieces. According to the delivery people, the warehouse person was not sure about the number of pieces coming with the product.

They did arrive 30 minutes earlier than we were told in a text message yesterday so we weren’t quite ready for them but they were respectful and polite and did a good job in a good manner.

Amazing service

Process was relatively smooth. Purchasing in store was fantastic, arranging delivery was tedious, I was advised to call delivery centre to reschedule as it has been put on a day I was overseas and I had a round and round conversation about how they could only hold a sofa for 21 days but I needed delivery on 22nd day due to being overseas. This was quickly rectified when I called store.
Delivery came in desired day, within specified time. Prompt and professional.
Experience was very pleasant, with the one exception noted above.

Our 2 sofas were delivered earlier than predicted. The fabric is soft and the colour is lovely. There were ample fabric options to choose from. The salespeople were helpful and company communication was great.

Very easy to get what I really wanted in quality and style.
