Don't bother trying to buy anything from here. You will be banned while the bots flood the website and buy up everything. Done with the hobby until PC fix the issues they have, its either buy overpriced singles or scalped sealed boxes these days, not worth being disappointed everytime a new set comes out

Congratulations Pokemon, you have banned the IP address from an autistic child who is (apparently too eagerly) awaiting the new TCG release, yet you allowed scalpers to purchase 40 000 items earlier this week.
Not only are we IP banned, you have banned us from ordering to our home address as I can’t check out with other items (not TCG cards.)
Your lacklustre response from “support” basically says we can’t unban you, try again later.

This really isn’t good enough, look after your fans and not the unscrupulous groups using you for a quick financial boost.

I purchased an item directly from the Pokémon center UK online with the belief that a big company offers more protection and service for errors.

2 days of use (after a birthday) and the item started to be damaged, I had the order number but the packaging had been disposed of and the email unfortunately went to junk and was deleted. With the order number I felt calm especially with the item.

I emailed around support for the item, hoping a simple "we'll replace it" but was met with a policy dictates without the email and photo of the item then we can't do anything to help and after asking for explanation why was met with a "we've closed the matter and won't be replying to you anymore" which is the sort of service I'd expect from a teenage seller on eBay or Facebook marketplace not a legit company.

Seems the security service used really sucks, must be losing them a lot of custom. soon it will be just the bots buying on their site.

Just awful website, as a genuine collector of both sealed and completing sets - not a scalper I sit there for about four hours just to try and get hold of an item on its release for me to actually get to put the item in my basket for a security error to pop up to do with my IP address so I can’t complete my checkout. They need to disuse out who the real customers are and let them preorder frist via a link and let the scalpers miss out for a change.

Actually found poke tins in stock. FIVE days later they cancelled my order and told me I would get a refund when MY bank accepts it……. Why bother. Go somewhere else…

Purchased a item as i could get a promo card recieved item in post and the card its self was almost ripped in half messaged them about it and sent off pictures but all they could say was "We are not able to replace or assist in cases where cards would be usable in our events".

Ordered Pokémon Cards to get a promo card and the promo card didn’t arrive.

I sent an email and was told to double check the small envelope, are you serious! Then I was sent the below message.

In order to further assist, we will need to gather some information. For documentation purposes, could you please provide us with the following:
A photo that includes everything that was included in your order, as well as the packing slip. These must appear in the same picture, the packaging slip must be legible and all products must be organized in a way where our team can clearly identify and count all items. (JPG/PNG format.)
Photo(s) or other documentation of any damage sustained. If there was shipping damage, please also include photos of the packaging.

Sent the info only to be told that they don’t actually have any promo cards left and that I can have a 5% discount off my next order.

Why make me jump through the hoops and not just tell me that. Let’s just say I have returned the stuff and won’t be buying from them again.

Non existent customer service, they know even a few bad experiences wont slow down the orders at this point.

My IP address is blocked for some reason even though I have never ordered through the site. I complained to customer service and they told me "Oops sorry can't help." Would not buy from them if they can't even get their own stupid site to work. And they clear don't give two shits about it.

Wish I had read some of these reviews before ordering such a shame a world renowned brand has such dreadful and non existent customer service. I paid for a product but after ordering discovered I put down the wrong address. There is no customer service to help remedy a simple error. All they suggest is contacting the courier when dispatched and try and sort it out then and don’t offer a refund. Shocking from such a famous brand

Bought a tournament pack which was suppose to have foil art and 3 supporting foils and some booster backs! I received a bag of sand! Literally a bag is sand in a sandwich bag! When I contacted customer support they “investigated” it and said that it was sealed and intact when sent so therefore there’s nothing more they can do to support me! Absolutely shocking! Can clearly see the box was resealed with double sided tape and weighted with sand to make it seem like there’s cards inside!

Bought some TCG items to get a promo card. Card turned up so damaged it was bent right down the middle because it had just been chucked in with the order in terrible packaging. Raised it with PC and they promised a replacement would be sent out. 2 months later, no further contact, no dispatch, no answers to my emails, no replacement. How is this even allowed? What on earth are they doing with all that money?

DO NOT RISK BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY.

Such a crap website, if you click to fast you get ip banned for a few hours, not to mention a terrible queue system designed for bots to take orders and only a handful of normal folks.

I ordered the new White Flare Elite Trainer Box from Pokémon Center UK and was pretty disappointed with how it arrived. The plastic cellophane on the ETB was already torn when I opened the box, which is a big deal for someone like me who collects sealed products.

I contacted customer service hoping for a resolution, but was basically told that the outer plastic is “just to protect the contents,” so it didn’t matter. That might be fine for someone who opens everything, but for sealed collectors, the condition of the packaging is part of the product.

On top of that, the ETB was shipped with no padding or protection inside the shipping box – just loose in there. For a premium product, you'd expect better care in packaging.

Overall, a pretty frustrating experience. Pokémon Center UK really needs to improve how they handle products for collectors and take packaging damage more seriously.

Awful experience in general. When you actually get a product and order it, all is well but otherwise you will encounter so many errors and be blocked when you just want to get some trading cards. It's mind boggling how badly optimized this website is for the general public when they release a new trading card set.

Awful website, everytime you go to pay during a drop you get an error code 17 or it just stops working completely and puts you back in a queue. The system they have is supposed to block bots but instead it just blocks 95% of regular humans, honestly it's disgusting how bad this website is. Seriously stop using whatever service it is you use to block bots and get a better one.

You're putting off fans like us with your rubbish website and leaving people disappointed. Your website keeps crashing for preorders, and a lot of people have missed out due to that. Your company earns billions from us, yet your Website infrastructure is appalling.

Joke 3.5 hours 3 devices both wifi mobile data and all my bank cards blocked terrible company so so angry
