Very pleasant young lady,Orla,who explained all the options that were possible, very clearly and patiently.There was no feeling of being pressurised over making a decision,very comfortable and relaxed surroundings and was kept up to date, by email,between visits to the shop.

Trust is everything
Trust is everything. I just sold some jewellery I no longer wanted. Will was amazing and gave a very fair price. There are plenty of untrustworthy jewellers in the area, to put it mildly. Go to Powell’s where they are unswervingly friendly, honest and knowledgeable.

Fantastic service
We went to Powells looking for a wedding ring. The selection was great and the staff were so lovely (I didn't catch the woman's name unfortunately but she was fantastic). They arranged resizing the ring very quickly and even wished us good luck on the day when we collected. Great service and lovely jewellery.
