Had both showers done back in June for 30k.

Sales rep said it’s their own installers lied completely it’s contracted out.

Sales rep said material would be running to the ceiling. Lied it was not and after 5 calls and 3 months asking for help no resolution.

Sales rep showed a photograph of the walk in shower drain being a singular drain within the material, lied. It’s actually a long mental rectangle that collects mold and is disgusting to clean with the silicon already stained.

The spicket to the tub is leaking rust that has stained the material Already.

Cleaning plastic items in the tub literally scratched the tub since it’s such cheap material.

There is blue residue leaking out of the shelves where the screw holes are in the shower.

Overall the sales rep comply lied through his teeth to push a sale now I’m calling every week asking for someone to come out a remedy these concerns based on warranty and have gotten nothing. Wicked sales rep deception and then you have a 3rd party contractor doing the install caught in the middle. The install is so botched compared to what we were promised that not only does the material need to be run to the ceiling, the tub is scratched from basic use, the spicket is leaking rust, the drain in the walk in shower just collects grim and mold because it’s not what was shown, and there is blue reside leaking from the screw holes on the shelves.

Highly regret going with this company. Genuinely just want to be remotely acknowledged with someone coming out to see this and discuss resolution or at the bare minimum answer a phone call or follow up.

The workers constantly worked hard and were very friendly. It was evident that they knew what to do.

These young men were courteous and professional about everything. The project/manager, etc was very responsive to our phone and emails.

They were great. Bathroom looks so different with the new shower. Would recomend very highly. Thanks

Very good. Only had a few issues like I was charged more than quoted. And was told that if the sub boards needed to replace or if something came up I wouldn't be charged more. And that I wasn't supposed to be charged another payment for 3 months. The crew came in and got it done! House looks bigger now!

Our shower redo was 90% good. The 10% not good was due to finishing the exterior edges. A strip of less than 2 inches would have made this a complete good work. But it has been left to me to do the finishing, so I say a 90% job.

Installer was great attitude, knowledgeable and fast.

Lack of communication. The only way I could find out what was going on with my remodeling, was to call myself. I was called to set up installation, only to find out it was someone else's order. Mine was delayed and no one called. Brent the installer was great, friendly and professional. I was supposed to get a call prior to his coming, didn't happen. I had to call to find out he had left. He had to go back (2¼hours) to get the trim that was not loaded. There is no trim or seal on the top of the shower and a ⅛ inch gap whare moisture and dust can accumulate.

The installer was very good but needed a helper. This project took 3 days! Our entire Labor Day weekend! Most days until 8:00 / 9:00 at night. Too late in my opinion. Suggestion to bring along a lunch instead of leaving for an hour plus! The days were WAY too long! But in the end he did a good job. Get him some help! The salesman said it would be a 1.5 days to complete. Not true at all. Also said the materials would be in within 1 week. Also not true - more like 3 weeks and then the scheduler was not very easy to schedule with. Call me if you want details on that. But Trent did a good job but needed help.

Funny how when you have issues with this company nobody wants to answer you nor help. But when it comes to scheduling a remodel they’ll answer right away. I called and clicked “4” for “issues” multiple times nobody. So I called again clicking “1” to “schedule an installment” just to see if anyone would pick up and they picked up so quick while people who actually had a job done don’t get anymore help.

Casey was excellent! Very knowledgeable, very responsive to our needs. She gave us the confidence to book our remodel.

Installer was very professional and friendly.

Manny staff is very professional; they know their job work as a well oiled machine. Work and no play. Each man does there’s part.. over 100 years of experience; would recommend them with any hesitation; good job.. Thank you; satisfied customer 😎👍🏿

LONG waits for the custom walls.
Floor flooded.
LONG wait for someone to look at it – the plumbing they installed was 5 elbow pipes fashioned together!
LONG LONG wait for the glass.
LONG wait because the hardware didn’t arrive.
Finally assembled. However, the sealing strips over-lapped and the door shuddered aggressively when used.
2nd opinion: Hinges on backwards. - Strips are too wide. -The floor bumper is tilted the wrong way. $3,000 - $4,000 to fix.
Also: the project manager hung up on me. We were told nothing was their fault.
It is over 10 months and the install has not been corrected. Despite our requests and that of the attorney general’s office.

Juan the installer was very professional and communicative. He covered our floors and blocked hallway with plastic. He was very efficient and great work quality.

The installers were early. Not late. An excellent way to start the project Did an excellent job. Were polite and did an excellent job. Would recommend them highly!
