Daniel worked diligently to finish the job in one day. We were very happy with him and the product. He knew exactly what he was doing and what questions to ask for installation to our comfort.

Dave and Sydney our installers were so nice, professional and great at what they do. They stayed late everyday to get the job done as quick as possible. Everything came out beautiful and we would recommend them to everyone.

Our install was 2 years ago and it was a horrible experience. I'm revisiting this situation because now my ceiling is beginning to collapse in after they repaired it during bathroom remodel.

They installed the wrong doors to begin with, never confirmed my products and also installed the wrong shelf. Neither installer spoke English so communication was extremely difficult. Save yourself the time,.money and headaches. Use a contractor

Mark was really fabulous. He was engaged, honest and very knowledgeable. He made every step of the project evaluation feel easy. We trusted him completely and appreciate his help with our renovation. Our top priorities are quality and value, which Premier Home Pros delivers on.

The staff that worked on the flooring and subfloor were done in a day and a half. I was very impressed with how quick and efficient the work was. They asked a lot of questions to make sure it was to my liking and exactly how I wanted. The two young gentlmen stayed late to make sure the job was done. The vinyl flooring is exactly what I wanted and it looks beautiful in my house.

Fred is not pressuring at all. He explains every option from cheapest to most expensive. He explains everything in words that we can understand. He does not hide the truth about any option. He let us us fully decide, not his preferences, but ours. Thank you, Fred!

From start to finish the experience has been outstanding. Grant was very attentive to our needs And thank you to Mac for his support. Now on to Alex and Patrick. I can say enough about them they were quick, neat, and professional I rate them at about a 25 they were that great. I would also like to thank Premier Pros you guys are great. Ralph S.

The young men were here in a timely manner. They moved our furniture with care and very very good hard workers. Everything was EXCELLENT.

I'm sure this is a legit company but they really blew a sale. As a surprise for my wife I wanted to use them but they would not proceed with it unless she was present for a 60 minute discussion. Seems like a timeshare sale tactic and their offer of a 50% discount was the lure. Draconian.

Worst sales visit I've ever endured. Mike flipped to extremely aggressive, hostile, and rude the moment I wouldnt buy the same day on the spot pricing. After what seemed like an eternity of being on the receiving end of mikes glares, attitude problem, and horrible demeanor i had to tell him to get out of my house to which he replied with more snarky comments as he left refusing to give me his card or phone number when asked directly.

The contractor was told to bring the wrong color he had to go back and get the right color the salesman that came to my house did not include the whole entire hallway, so I have half of a hallway done. And the other half not done, and the company is not responding to any of my emails or phone calls

Two installers that did my walk-in shower and vanity did a great job.I would recommend these two men.A job well done

The workmanship of the product is excellent. The installers were very professional, courteous and got the job done in a timely manner.
I was not, however, impressed with the limited communication in getting the job scheduled.

They were great. They came early and work throughout the day. The second and final day they work even harder. They left everything clean. If they need my opinion on something they will ask my opinion or asked me where I wanted three things. Thank you Jon Martinez and Mr Tony

Great installer! Quality products.

The guys were great. They were easy to get along with. They did a terrific job.

Had both showers done back in June for 30k.

Sales rep said it’s their own installers lied completely it’s contracted out.

Sales rep said material would be running to the ceiling. Lied it was not and after 5 calls and 3 months asking for help no resolution.

Sales rep showed a photograph of the walk in shower drain being a singular drain within the material, lied. It’s actually a long mental rectangle that collects mold and is disgusting to clean with the silicon already stained.

The spicket to the tub is leaking rust that has stained the material Already.

Cleaning plastic items in the tub literally scratched the tub since it’s such cheap material.

There is blue residue leaking out of the shelves where the screw holes are in the shower.

Overall the sales rep comply lied through his teeth to push a sale now I’m calling every week asking for someone to come out a remedy these concerns based on warranty and have gotten nothing. Wicked sales rep deception and then you have a 3rd party contractor doing the install caught in the middle. The install is so botched compared to what we were promised that not only does the material need to be run to the ceiling, the tub is scratched from basic use, the spicket is leaking rust, the drain in the walk in shower just collects grim and mold because it’s not what was shown, and there is blue reside leaking from the screw holes on the shelves.

Highly regret going with this company. Genuinely just want to be remotely acknowledged with someone coming out to see this and discuss resolution or at the bare minimum answer a phone call or follow up.
