Terrible experience so far. Was told the hot water heater would be plenty to fill tub. My handicapped mother was barely able to get into it the so called seat warmer only heats up a little on back not at all on the seat the water got cold 3 inches below her knees. Went to take a shower and the shower head is backwards blue is hot. We didn't get corner shelves like told. Called corporate was told ide get a call to set up a service call in a couple minutes I am now going on day 3 of waiting for them to call to set something up. So for 22,000 my mom got her walk in tub she always wanted and she is not even able to use it and I'm told just to hang tight really hoping they make things right but so far no one's been helpful. Update were now over a week still no call to set up an appt. No communication. In the mean time I had both elements replaced which did help but still does not fill over the top jets so with a water heater functioning properly it is still not able to fill it up like we were told. I have done alot of research and everyone says a 47 gal hot water heater is not enough but yet im being told that its more than enough by installers sales people etc. Also was told the header wall thats full of black mold was getting replaced but it wasn't. They promised this awesome service and warranty first priority non of that has showed to be true.

The 2nd team that came out to finish the install were excellent. However, they were not able to finish the ceiling in the basement that was damaged from the 1st installer not turning off the water so I am going to have to pay for that out of pocket. You would think that for $25K as the sales rep promised, everything would be back to normal once the install was complete. The original install was horrible (Tim). Broken water pipe, damaged ceiling, and ceiling tiles. Bad calking job, left a gap in the flooring etc etc. Need to send out more than one person for the install.

Great knowledge by sales rep, knows the product and very professional. Installers were friendly, and attention to detail was fantastic. We are so happy with the quality and the great look

The flooring isn’t flush together. When I asked, he said there was nothing he could do. The trim isn’t flush and looks like it was put together haphazardly. Part of the walls got damaged. He said he doesn’t do walls when I asked about it.
The first installer who came out was extremely rude and didn’t want to be here. His boss pulled him off the job. The second person who came said that he’s a bathroom guy and hasn’t done a floor before. I can tell.

Installation was fast and Dion was respectful and professional. Did a good job cleaning up and leaving things as they were. We are very happy with the looks of the finished product.

The installers Daniel and Dallan were outstanding. They worked so hard for 12 hours, came back and finished in another 8 hours the 2nd day. Walk in showers and floors in 2 bathrooms and the base flooring had issues. They had to go back to the shop for more material and never complained. Outstanding performance, cleanup like they were never here and the quality of the workmanship couldn’t be better.

Had to have someone come out to fix already failing plumbing. No response from customer support for months. Discovered that the trap is installed completely incorrectly. Do not use under any circumstances

The installers worked efficiently and timely on a larger scale project that required on-site flexibility and planning that was executed above expectations.

Professional, clean, and efficient

Well they have helped me get to order doors for my shower. There bringing me the showerhead that I ordered. Not the one they had. They seem to be honest in everything they tell me there doing. And Olando was very good at getting my shower together. So im going to say my experience has been very promising. There. Good at what they do. They will have it completed in a couple of weeks. I happy at what I have so far. Can't wait to boast about the finished product.

I was scammed into signing , Which I signed for an estimate ONLY but the guy put for a contract ,and you don't see any contract til about 8 to 9 days later and you have to call and request the contract , You want to read it, The job was sure NOT done properly and its coming apart, the laminate is not scratch proof , for a doublewide , they charged $20,000.00 , I had three diff contractors over to give me an estimate ,they all said 6 to7000, other said no more then 8000.00 , the last one said 7 t0 8000. ,I talked to the head guy in Tampa , and he said , NO WAY on lowering the price, The hell that company is still putting me through , I'd NEVER EVER have any of them AROUND me .

Excellent work ethic, friendly, always asked us if he had a question on how to proceed. Cleaned up great. All around great experience.

Scott and Anthony did a wonderful job and even stayed to find a leak in my gas dryer. Very professional and kind!

IT WAS THE JOURNEY THAT WASNT GREAT.

There is a problem with the installation of the shower doors. I cannot reach anyone by phone to report the problem and we cannot use the shower until this is resolved.
