Some difficulties with communication otherwise pleased with work After the workers left my house I was checking things out and the one guy had taken all of the drawers out of my dresser and chest of drawers. Now I am unable to open several of the drawers completely. Not even enough to use them Will you be at fault for this?

Daniel was very skilled and experienced. He was very professional and communicated with us to ensure our preferences were met.
The work was done timely and there was a thorough cleanup.

Salesman mark was a nice guy. Very amenable and very affable. Felt a little rushed to get the contract signed, but overall not a bad sales experience. Will be reviewing my contract and the scope of the job before the 3 days grace period ends.

Alec was very professional, courteous and went above and beyond to do a great job.

The installers were phenomenal. Very nice and professional. The salesman needs to do an installation himself. I was promised things that were not "written in the contract", and that tripped up the installers. The scheduler knew we wouldn't be available one day, but the installers needed to come that day, Then when the installers needed more time to finish, the scheduler booked them for the day they were supposed to finish. The poor installers had to stay incredibly late to finish.

We had contracted for a zero threshold roll in shower for my wife's wheelchair. What was installed was flat, but is over an inch higher than the floor making it impossible to simply roll into. I have repeatedly tried to get the job finished properly over the last six months. The local office in Rochester, NY has not fixed it. The regional manager, Mike, kept promising that this would be taken care of but has since backtracked on this and going as far as to say, it was not contracted that way, even though it clearly states in the contract that this would be a zero threshold. We were overcharged for a job that would never finish properly by a company has failed to honor their contract with us and/or taking steps to fix the issue at hand.

Task performance well done . Project completion in one day. Having a experienced and friendly gentleman.

Unfinished 4-Month Nightmare – Massive Regret
Choosing Premier Home Pros for my bathroom remodel has been a complete nightmare and a huge mistake. What should have been an exciting home improvement project has turned into a four-month ordeal, and the job is still not finished.The issues started right at the beginning with the sales representative, who gave me numerous pieces of misleading information just to close the deal. Since then, the installation process has been plagued with issue after issue. Every time I raise a concern or try to get the project completed, I am put on the back burner.To make matters worse, instead of fixing their mistakes properly, they are now cutting corners and doing a sloppy, low-quality job just to rush through and get it over with. I am spending far too much money on this remodel to deal with this level of disrespect and poor craftsmanship.
Premier Home Pros partners with Upgrade, Inc. for financing. Their sales rep explicitly lied to me about Upgrade's stage funding terms just to lock in the contract. Now, Premier Home Pros has pocketed Upgrade's loan disbursements while leaving my bathroom an unfinished, low-quality disaster for 4 months—and I am stuck accumulating interest on a broken room because of their deceptive sales practices. DFW homeowners, do not trust their financing partners.

I deeply regret choosing this company and highly advise others to look elsewhere.

I was originally told that the job would take one day, or possibly two. We are now into the following week , and the bathroom is nowhere near finished.

The installer was supposed to arrive between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM today. It is now after 12:00 PM, and no one has shown up or contacted me.

The original plan was to remove the old shower and repair the walls. The old shower was removed, but the work was left unfinished. The walls are still open, with holes and studs exposed, and nothing has been properly completed.

To make matters worse, I have received very poor communication throughout this entire process. No one is returning my calls or responding to my messages. This has been the worst experience I have ever had with a company, and I sincerely regret choosing to work with them.

There are also issues with the materials and the installation. The installer apparently had no knowledge that I was supposed to receive sliding glass doors. I was also told that the walls would be marble, but instead, I received what appears to be cheap imitation plastic wall panels.

At this point, I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the work and the overall experience. I also have sawdust throughout my house, covering nearly everything. This will require a professional cleaning service to address, as I have been breathing in sawdust day and night.

Premier Home’s lack of communication, ongoing delays, and the fact that the finished work does not match what I was originally promised are extremely concerning.

I expect someone from the company to contact me immediately to provide a clear explanation of what is going on, how these issues will be addressed, and, most importantly, when this job will actually be completed.

I would appreciate an immediate response and a clear plan for resolving these concerns.

They did a great job. Worked almost non stop to get it done. They were curious and informative to how they were doing. Cleaned up everything after job.

Giulliano did an excellent job. I would highly recommend him for the professional work he performed at our home.

The installer was excellent explaining the process thoroughly. Very respectful of the property keeping everything nice and tidy.

The installers were great. Premier sales not responsive about ADA and other questions. If I’m spending $15k on a bathroom I at least expect a response! I really haven’t had enough time to rate the shower and other work done.

Rep was very helpful and personable. Took his time and went through all of our options. Helped us choose options that seemed tailored to our needs

Terrible experience so far. Was told the hot water heater would be plenty to fill tub. My handicapped mother was barely able to get into it the so called seat warmer only heats up a little on back not at all on the seat the water got cold 3 inches below her knees. Went to take a shower and the shower head is backwards blue is hot. We didn't get corner shelves like told. Called corporate was told ide get a call to set up a service call in a couple minutes I am now going on day 3 of waiting for them to call to set something up. So for 22,000 my mom got her walk in tub she always wanted and she is not even able to use it and I'm told just to hang tight really hoping they make things right but so far no one's been helpful. Update were now over a week still no call to set up an appt. No communication. In the mean time I had both elements replaced which did help but still does not fill over the top jets so with a water heater functioning properly it is still not able to fill it up like we were told. I have done alot of research and everyone says a 47 gal hot water heater is not enough but yet im being told that its more than enough by installers sales people etc. Also was told the header wall thats full of black mold was getting replaced but it wasn't. They promised this awesome service and warranty first priority non of that has showed to be true.

The 2nd team that came out to finish the install were excellent. However, they were not able to finish the ceiling in the basement that was damaged from the 1st installer not turning off the water so I am going to have to pay for that out of pocket. You would think that for $25K as the sales rep promised, everything would be back to normal once the install was complete. The original install was horrible (Tim). Broken water pipe, damaged ceiling, and ceiling tiles. Bad calking job, left a gap in the flooring etc etc. Need to send out more than one person for the install.

Great knowledge by sales rep, knows the product and very professional. Installers were friendly, and attention to detail was fantastic. We are so happy with the quality and the great look

The flooring isn’t flush together. When I asked, he said there was nothing he could do. The trim isn’t flush and looks like it was put together haphazardly. Part of the walls got damaged. He said he doesn’t do walls when I asked about it.
The first installer who came out was extremely rude and didn’t want to be here. His boss pulled him off the job. The second person who came said that he’s a bathroom guy and hasn’t done a floor before. I can tell.

Installation was fast and Dion was respectful and professional. Did a good job cleaning up and leaving things as they were. We are very happy with the looks of the finished product.
