Well, First 🥇 of All to Make an Appointment With Your Company Was So Fast Easy, and Detailed All the way! 👍 And Once the appointment was made you kept me updated with any new updates in what time Technician would arrive.👊🙏 Now the Last.... Yet Best Part Was My Technician Michael!👊🙏✝️🥇🎇🎆 Micheal was So Smart, So Interesting and a Lil' bit Funny, mostly Cause he had me as the Customer.🤣 But Seriously, coming from a recently retired Union Carpenter for 22 years, and Handyman of just about everything, even appliance's, When Michael began working on the machine, I could Immediately Tell that He was Very Knowledgeable in what he does as well as Extremely Efficient! Even Turning my machine on When he Was Finished With the Job, so I could hear it when the spin cycle hit and there she was.... Spinning and Functioning as it Should be.... And Now Does Once Again 👊🙏🎇🎆🤠🤓😜 Thank You Sears Home Service s, and Thank You Michael Da' Man!!!

He tenido una experiencia horrible con ellos tengo desde el 11 de marzo que los llame para que reparen mi refrigerador y es la fecha que no me lo reparan, me cancelan las citas me siguen dando citas pero las siguen canselando y les llamo y solo dan excusas como no tenemos técnicos para tu área entonces porque agendan una cita si no tienes técnico para la cita , tenía cita el día de ahora y ya me la cancelaron ahora Me dieron para el 30 de abril Ya voy a cumplir dos meses sin que me puedan arreglar el refrigerador, eso si la mensualidad si la cobran cada mes.

I had a great experience with the technician who came out to repair my washing machine. He was extremely polite, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable. From the moment he arrived, he quickly identified the issue and explained what was going on in a way that was easy to understand. It was obvious he knew exactly what he was doing, and he had the repair completed efficiently.

I really appreciated his positive attitude and the care he took while working in my home. It’s not always easy to find service like this, and he definitely exceeded my expectations. I would absolutely recommend this technician to anyone needing appliance repairs.

I purchased the 5 year home warranty for my washer which won't expire till 2027. I have tried to schedule the yearly check up and all I have been told on multiple calls that Sears is not servicing my area. The local store closed so I have no where to go to get this resolved. If Sears has no intention of honoring the five year service plan I intend to tell everyone I know NOT to buy Sears appliances if they can't stand behind the service work. Needless to say I am very unhappy.

He moved the washer out and did not put it back. He left the trash here. When I walked out with box after him I could see he turning toward me but he turned the other way. I need someone to put the washer back please 🙏, okay 👌?

Techician was on time for appointment. The problem was the Washer DOOR was locked. He was able to unlock the door and get my clothes fo the Dryer
