The technician was awesome. Getting to that point was a disaster. Paid up front for parts and service. Service was delayed several times. Kept having to call in as the day before, or even the day of, would get an email stating appointment was cancelled and rescheduled. After third time called and complained again, and was told everything was good and it would be handled. Day of service, kept getting messages that it was being delayed, then received an email saying , sorry, tech couldn't make it, please check for the next appointment. Where I called again, and was pretty hostile at this point. A month without a refrigerator. Talked to 2 different people, and was guaranteed service would happen. Then during the day of again kept getting messages saying the tech was delayed. Then got one stating did not know if tech would have time to make it. Called in again. While on hold for over 30 min, the tech showed up. Again, fridge is repaired, and working. The technician was very respectful and handled things professionally. But I honestly do not believe I would EVER use Sears home services again.

Great guy to deal with. He was a pleasure to be around.

Got multiple calls with dead lines. Appointment was pushed 6 hours without a notice or anything. You can’t reach a person the whole dispatch management is ALL AI. Tech did come and fix the problem I give him a good review but the company itself is horrible customer service.

I had a wonderful experience with Eli from Sears. He was prompt and professional and kept me informed every step of the repair. I appreciated him being available for questions/concerns and talking me through what was wrong with my washer and things to look out for. Would use Sears/have Eli service my appliances again.

The refrigerator is not working correctly with similar error messages. Am concerned about it completely malfunctioning.
Please have someone be in touch to prevent total non function and loss of contents.

Made a bad situation worse. Ok I was a young home buyer and didn't know about LG. No one wants to work on LG. I made the appointment through my warranty company, not through Sears. Once the appointment was made Sears change the appointment twice saying they needed to order parts when they never even looked at the fridge. on the day they were supposed to come, I got a text that they came and I wasn’t home when I have a ring camera that showed no one came to my door knocked on It or rang the doorbell. And don’t they usually call? Anyways when he finally showed up, he threw the parts in cracked the fridge inside from kneeling in it and left the refrigerator still doesn’t work so I had to call them out again. They changed the appointment time again and here I sit from 8 to 5 with a broken fridge for over a month with their complete AI operation. You will never speak to a human ever you will not dispute your dates or they’ll cancel them. They will change them as they see fit and they expect you to take a month off of work.

Robert is an excellent technician. He is knowledgeable, efficient, and courteous.

Sears technician Harel was very professional, helpful, and kind.

Made it Very easy to understand what the problem was and finished quickly.

The gentlemen said they would clean out the duct to keep it from happening again. He canceled first appointment and then never cleaned the duct. Said sorry, contact HVAC. Paid $300 in labor and he was here 15 minutes and not fixed

Where do I start! I scheduled a repair and the technicians arrival time was from 8am to 5pm....they arrived at 5:17. One person got out did a quick 10 minute diagnosis while the other person (driver) sat in the vehicle playing on his phone and tapping his watch. Never seen them again. Using their automated system I scheduled 5! Appointment dates with no one ever showing up. Their AI automation kept telling me the technician was on their way. They never showed. Could never contact a human. Hands down do not recommend this company at all!

Mr Paul Brady has restored my faith as a long time customer of Sears. After waiting over 1 year and a half not to mention technicians not showing up, canceling my scheduled appointments and over charging me for services covered under my warranty Mr Paul showed up and finally repaired my dishwasher! He proudly represented Sears not only as knowledgeable but also reliable! Sears needs more honest reliable technicians like Mr Paul and I will continue to use Sears now and in the future because of Mr Paul.

Now I’m went from being happy to highly upset!! My insignia washer allowed me to do 1 load with no problem!! I started my second load and it never got to finish before it broke again!! I’m at this point where I had to different ppl come out to diagnose to have to wait till a part comes in to fix !! Which 09/19/26 and it’s broken!! The washer at this point should just be replaced!! The washer barely 2 years old!!! A total waste of my time and money!! I don’t think I would ever buy another product from Best Buy again!!😡

I appreciated his dedication to getting the repair right. He was here 3 times, always polite and always efficient. My dishwasher is back in action. Thank you!
