James has been our technician for a few years and he is wonderful. Professional and works quickly. Thanks for the service today.

All parts promised we're not ordered and the repair is incomplete. I am unable to contact a live human to discuss and reschedule the completion. The kickplate is moldy due to the leak and he said he would order a new one. I need a kick plate on the dishwasher as he removed the old one and now it does not have one. I would like to reschedule the repair for Saturday October 10 but since this is a follow up to an ongoing issue, I should not have to pay another scheduling fee, that the sears home hub forces you to agree to for the repair to get scheduled. The technician was absolutely wonderful. The runaround I got with appointments from Sears was deplorable. Makes me want to rethink my contract.

Despite the automated ai system Sears has in place, that prevents progress. My serviceman Horace was awesome & knowledgeable. He heard me and was able to fix the issue.

The technician did not listen to family members. The ice that was in the ice bin had been there for the week. The ice maker is not working. Normally we could hear water flowing to the ice maker in the refrigerator but nothing. Not satisfied with service

Very knowledgeable technician.

The technician was ok but the lack of being able to talk with a human is frustrating. A part that was not replaced was accidently left unattached by the tech and I tried to reach someone to have him come back and couldn’t get by the AI call or chat. I finally got to a chat with a live agent who basically regurgitated what AI did but he did offer that if an appt cancels, that he’d try to get the tech by Monday. I don’t live here full time so now I am scheduled for 10-9 which is so frustrating for what is probably a 5 min fix.
Also, when the part was ordered, I assumed it would be sent to the repair place but was sent to my address where I do not get mail. It was left at the bottom of the stairs and luckily the repairman saw it when he came up the stairs.
I assumed it would go to the store where the website shows still exists but I found out that store is no longer there. So update the website too. I will never use this service again!

Michael, the service provider, continued his work with occasionally interacting with us when we asked him a question or engaged him in conversation. He replaced the damaged parts and the cleaned up when he was done. He was pleasantly efficient. A great combination.

I scheduled my appointment for my freezer to be repaired and paid everything up front. Since that time, I've had 3 appointments scheduled by me and all 3 rescheduled, all by Sears. The first one the repair window was set from 8 AM to 5 PM. Later that day, I get an email that says my appointment was rescheduled and to pick another day. So I did. The second day, same window, but at 3 PM, I get a text message saying my appointment won't be made by my assigned technician and to reschedule again. So I did. My most recent scheduled appointment which is now my third appointment, I was never called, never messaged, never spoken to about this cancellation. A repair person didn't show. The. I get a email at 4 AM to reschedule again. Meanwhile, my freezer has now spent weeks completely broken with the parts at my house just waiting for a repair technician. I don't ever write reviews, but save yourself time, money, and energy dealing with this. Don't use Sears for home repair. I'll be calling today for a full refund and I hope the process isn't difficult because this level of frustration and waste of time for me is extremely high.

The service was great but it was very expensive. $249 to vacuum out the side area of the fridge. 30 minutes worth of work Sure the fridge had to be pulled out to clean it but it's a high price.

The young man was very respectful, He was very Knowledgeable and explained the problem where I understood it.

The technician was friendly and he fixed my microwave without having to order a new part.

The techian took his time and made there wasn't no leaks and made sure everything was working fine before he left.

The technician advised me of his ETA via text and was resolving issue as I arrived. He explained to me what caused the malfunction and if it happens again how to receive service. He had an awesome disposition.

I checked a few AI sources to verify the estimate provided to repair the faulty part and the estimate was 50% more than AI projected. I understand the need to make a profit - not more than 50%.
