Technician diagnosed oven and stated control board was faulty and proceeded to tell us that part was not available for our 2024 range any longer and there was no fix. We called a different appliance repair company and their technician diagnosed a faulty igniter, replaced the igniter and now the oven is fixed. So I paid your company for a misdiagnosis and if I would have followed your technicians advice I would have thrown away my 2 year old $3000 double range and had to purchase a new one.

My fridge is not up to standards that make its longevity a priority. Sad to see

Setting up the appointment was murder, but the service was great!!

Our repairman Stephen was excellent! He found the problem on Monday and ordered the part which got delivered Tuesday and was back Wednesday and fixed the washer. Very knowledgeable with the repair. Outstanding service!

However, as far as our experience with company, there were a number of problems that had a significant negative impact on us. First, time was crucial since our food supply was jeopardized. Technician promptly ordered (2) parts and established follow up appointment. First part came timely, but second part took over three weeks causing a rescheduled appointment further delayed by pre-planned travel. Finally, our appointment arrived and after waiting 8 hours the (other) technician cancelled. This cost two of us losing an entire day and then cancelling major plans in order to be available for a new appointment. I understand need for (ai) agents on phone, but there needs to be intervention by a human when the ai agent fails over & over on numerous occasions. That described cost us significantly and is unacceptable.

Over the past two months this repair needed has been a nightmare starting with trying to originally schedule an appointment that kept being canceled electronically later was blamed on AI. After finally getting to a live person on phone while also sending e-mail to CEO they finally got someone to come look at Kenmore Refrigerator. It took two months to get one of the parts needed and after taking day off yesterday to be home for access no one showed and appointment was rescheduled without an explanation, as I was home waiting between 8am to 5pm real time. Truly a disappointing and unacceptable process Techs once onsite were only positives.

Stephen went above and beyond to finally fix my refrigerator . Very pleasant and professional !!!! Highly recommend him

Well, had employee named Taj first. Said that the circuit board was broken, needed to replace, order part. Taj asks me if I want him to install, I said yes. I wait TWO WEEKS for this dude. Repair day comes, different guy shows up. I give him booties to wear over shoes. Wears booties in and out of house, in the basement. Defeating the purpose of said booties! Proceeds to tell me Taj was wrong and I need a different part. Tells me he would have to order part, oven won’t be fixed. Another $200. Nope! After all that, being charged $130 just to diagnose for a SECOND TIME. Complete incompetence. Will never call Sears again.

They were able to do same day service! I really needed my refrigerator and he fixed it.

The Sear’s repairman arrived on time, and fixed my air conditioner in a timely manner. I would recommend this home service!

Washing machine issue … Techinician repaired and left … as soon as washing machine was switched on … whole house flooded .. he didn’t fix the issue and now my house is damaged …

Mike and Robert were awesome! Quickly diagnosed the problem (tested and checked the equipment) and got the necessary refrigerant and came back the same day. They actually did what they said they were going to do! I can’t praise them enough. We immediately noticed the temperature go down in the house! They are top notch!

Professional and diagnosed the problem right away.

We had a repair scheduled all hours on 9/8 anytime before 5. We were there. Then, AI called us about 5 and said by 8pm. We were there. Then we got a call but could not understand AI. An email came telling us we were now rescheduled for 9/24. We called 802-552-4364 and also 800-659-5917 but can not get a person or resolution. AI at the 802 number did tell me I could complain on bbb.org which I did. I am computer savvy and ok with automation but this is unacceptable.

He was right on time and he made things happen
