Dave was very professional and was able to complete the repair the previous technician was unable to complete.

You're company is the worst! Canceled my appointment 4x's. For one instance Technician put a ticket in saying he came to the house and said nobody was home that was a lie. Then he put another ticket in the same day and said the repair was completed. How in the world did he do the repairs when he said nobody was home???
I keep rescheduling and all I get is cancelation notifications. Excuse is due to staff shortages or no Technician in your area. I call and all I get is AI which is a bunch of crap.Im done with this company, you're worthless and unreliable. I missed work 4x's waiting your sorry asses to keep canceling on. Who's going to compensate me for the money I lost? $736.00 ??????

Title: Paid $149 for a diagnosis that did not give us confidence

We contacted Sears Home Services because our GE Profile dishwasher was not taking in water.

The technician advised us that repairs and parts would cost approximately $780 plus tax and recommended that we replace the dishwasher rather than repair it.

What disappointed us was the quality of the diagnosis. The technician appeared to be in a hurry to have us sign the waiver and conclude the visit. We were not given a clear explanation of exactly which component had failed, what testing had been performed, or why the repair would cost approximately $780.

After the visit, we did further research and found that this type of symptom can potentially be caused by a much simpler issue such as the water inlet valve. We understand that internet research is not a substitute for a professional diagnosis, but that is exactly why we paid Sears $149 plus tax — we expected a thorough professional assessment.

We now feel that we paid the diagnostic fee without receiving the level of technical evaluation we expected.

I have requested that Sears management review the technician’s diagnosis, explain the basis for the $780 estimate, and consider refunding or crediting the diagnostic fee.

I already knew that the belt was bad and told them as much. I was told by the customer service rep that they didn't need the MOD# because they "had parts on the truck. My appointment was set for between 8am and Noon. Then I got a few texts pushing back the time till after 3pm. I texted back that I would not be able to make a 3pm time so they got here at 1:30. No truck, no parts, telling me that he would have to come back next week. I stated what I needed. Nothing was as stated. No parts, not on time, but they got paid. poor service, but the tech came in, looked, and was gone in 10min. It's almost impossible to get back to a live person to complain. BUT they showed up. either 1 hand doesn't know what the other is doing, or we were intentionally mislead.

Oscar, your rep, explained everything to me in great detail. Gave me options and repaired my dryer.

Was a difficult job but Billy’s experience prevailed in the end

Stay Away! 7+ Weeks of No-Shows, Property Damage, and AI Dead EndsI will never recommend this company to anyone. If you value your time and money, stay far away. What started as a standard repair has turned into a 7-week nightmare with zero resolution.First, they missed several scheduled appointments just trying to diagnose the problem. When a technician finally showed up to fix the initial issue and install my icemaker, they actually damaged my refrigerator during the process. It has now been 4 weeks since they broke my appliance, and they still haven't fixed the damage they caused.To make matters worse, their customer service is an absolute joke. You cannot get a hold of a real human being because the call routing forces you into an AI assistant that provides zero answers. No one calls back, and no one texts back with any clarity.For the last 3 weeks, I have had multiple appointments scheduled. Each time, their window is a massive block from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. I have wasted entire days waiting at home, only for the end of the day to arrive and have absolutely no one show up. This is an extremely frustrating and annoying experience. They have completely disrespected my time and damaged my property. Avoid at all costs!

Chris was very professional, answered all my questions and made sure I didn’t have any other concerns before leaving. He even checked the filter and made other maintenance recommendations to help
prolong the life of my fridge. Above & beyond.

Your technician, Tim, was great as usual. He has been here before on another call two years ago. I cannot say enough about his knowledge, workmanship and overall demeanor.

Technician was on the phone while working with it on speaker & did not get a bucket or finish draining washer & water was everywhere!!
