Premier Home Pros Reviews

What a great team! On time, very experienced, pleasant, professional, focused , worked non stop, they transformed our shower in 6 hours!! They also left the bathroom and work area very clean which is also appreciated . We are very pleased and highly recommend.

Very good job! Very happy with it!!!

Antonio was not a stranger, very knowledgeable of the job, very intelligent and respectful. I would recommend him to my people anytime. His work ethic’s was very high aimed to please the customer. I was very pleased.. Thank you….The day of the storm, I lost power, he and Cham took to the neighbors in stress to help where help was needed, he didn’t pack up and leave, eventho he could have..

Angela was really easy to work with. She was friendly and knowledgeable. We were pleased and excited for our new shower.

Once installation began, it was done in a very timely and efficient manner. My installer did a clean install and changed my home! I am very, very satisfied with the floor installation done be Premier Pros!!
I think handing the customer a business card from the estimator and the installer would be a plus.

Our experience was great. Alex who worked on our bathroom was very talented and experienced. He was very precise, detailed oriented and professional. He worked quietly and cleaned any messes he created.

The folk at Premiere are truly on top of their game. They have made many phone calls to me to explain every step from ordering the material for my new walk-in shower to expected time of installation. I’m very pleased with the entire project. From the sales person to the installers. Very professional. I would highly recommend this company to anyone interested in a walk-in shower. It’s amazing How fast the installers are. It would have taken me a week and they did it all in one day. Not to mention how many trips to the hardware store. My bride and I are very happy. On a scale of 1-5. I give them a 10.

The salesman was great, showed the details of the product & what it would look like.. it was good to have someone not try to sell you, and just explain the product..

The installers were very courteous and efficient but there was a lot of dust leftover in the bathroom that I had to clean up. There’s also a gouge in the drywall near the shower on the right side. When the toilet was removed it was left on our bedroom carpet and got it wet where we had to steam clean the carpet in that spot. The shower itself looks very nice and I’m happy with the placement of the shelves, grab bar, and shave bar. I am concerned about the dirt on the base. Hopefully it will clean off with use and some scrubbing.

It took 4 days for our bathroom upgrade. But I was ok with that. Because we had a few hiccups to take care off. Henry our installer hit each hick up with care & professionalism. We are very happy with our bathroom up grade!

Edison was professional, courteous, tidy, and paid attention to details. Materials and workmanship were as promised. Art was a good listener to our wish list and the team came through on the promise.

They were very punctual and professional. The floor looks amazing and we were amazed how fast it went in. We would definitely recommend them to everyone.

I was told by Jason that this job would be 1 day 2 at the max. When I asked him how could that be seeing that we needed sub floor repair in 3 rooms he told me that they would send enough people to get it done in 1 day 2 max. that turned out to be 5 days. This did not just inconvenienced me I lost money about 600.00 not to mention that I told my boss I would need 2 days off not 5 which put him in a bad spot and my job in jeopardy.

I was told by Jason that they would remove the tile in the living room and then fix the subfloor and level. Well that's NOT what happened. Dave (the installer) assures me that going over ceramic tile is fine..I'm not so sure. I was suppose to get white base. They were out. Was told I would get a credit because they had to use unpainted. Now they don't want to credit they want to re-do it. They tell me they didn't realize the sub floor work and underbid my contract. I Don't know why it was pointed out to Jason and I don't see how that is my fault that they employed an incompetent sales person. My life a have been upended enough I'm not dragging everything in 3 rooms out again to replace the base so I guess I have to live with unfinished. 2 thresholds have come unglued one almost made me fall down the stairs when it tripped me going out the door. My door scrapes the floor now. probably from going over tile making the floor to high. There is now a step from my living room to the master bedroom. again probably from going over tile in the living room. They were coming today to fix it. (the thresholds that have come undone) now its Saturday. The communication with this company is awful. They sure as heck don't value my time. I think my 16,000.00 would have been better spent elsewhere.

Great install and pretty simple process. I really like the product

Ray was very knowledgeable and helpful. He gave me great ideas to make the finishing touches that would compliment the new shower, floor, and vanity.

Everyone was professional and job was handled very well. Antonio’s work was excellent

thanks to corry and lucas when he first got here they were a little bit disorganized, but I know they were a great team. Good people to work with talk to. They did a great install. They got it done in the day. I can't give them five stars because no one's perfect so I gave him four.stars
