Premier Home Pros Reviews

Excellent service, very professional, Antonio is a great professional as well, very polite, I recommend the services.

Randy was awesome. A great ambassador for your company. Can’t wait to have a shower in it.

Friendly, polite, hardworking, prompt, knowledgeable. Gave us a beautiful shower in a small space. Better than we expected. Could not have had a better experience.

The installer was very professional. He cleaned up well explained everything. I just love our new walk in shower! I would highly recommend.

Eric was punctual, clean, and extremely competent. He answered all my questions satisfactorily, and did a beautiful job!

Good presentation and Jason Sealy the sales rep was very personable.

It took 3 days to finish our floor almost would have been 4 if we not call and not having our upstairs that long was not ok im honey thinking we should get a big discount

Because of earlier communication issues, the installers who ended up doing our job were fantastic! They were polite, courteous and friendly. The work was done quickly obviously by those who knew what they were doing. They cleaned up as they went, asked questions about how we would like things to be, and we would highly recommend them.

I wish I could attach a picture to this review. The salesman took details measurements of the bathroom and the install would take 1 day. We were not told the work would be sub contracted out to another company. The install took 2 days. We made arrangements to be home the entire time of the install. During that time we were never informed of any issues with the install and we asked how things were going. When the install of the walls was complete we noticed a piece of material in the middle of the wall that clearly did not match the design pattern. We were told that the single piece that was made would not fit through the door so it had to be cut and the strip had to be put there to hide the seam. The end result is a $15,000 shower that looks cheap. We have contacted Home Pros and the initial response from the salesman was "my bad". We have spoken to customer service twice and they look at the pictures, agree that it is a problem and pretend to be concerned and have not heard back from anyone or had our calls returned. We were given a job number (ROC 00339) and nothing else. Every time I see a commercial for shower remodeling I regret choosing this company.

The thing that made it worth all wild was the installer very knowledgeable worked very hard. Did the whole bathroom by himself. I was very impressed. I think for the amount of money that I was charged you really don’t get a lot as far as the Bathroom completion. Everything looked great. The shower stall looked beautiful. The floor look great I just think for the amount of money you really don’t get a lot I think for $12,600. You should get a complete bathroom overhaul, but it is what it is the selling presentation was good. This is my first bathroom renovation and like I said the installer did a great job. also, the material was very well-made.

The installation was amazing the men were very respectful and treated me and my home with the utmost respect am very very pleased thank you again GR

Guys came on time, worked hard the entire day till 9o’ clock. They did great job and were very nice and friendly and accommodating Their job was of very high quality. All bathroom parts they installed look great.

He did a beautiful job on the flooring.

Both men were very respectful and polite plus making sure to explain to me the process.

The fantastic job by Rafael and Veruhska. They treated us like family and our house like there home. The installation was second to none and when they found flaws in the previous shower we were notified and the deficiency pointed out.

We just had our sales person Mark L come to our house and give us the Premier Home Pros pitch. I thought he was very knowledgable and educated us on the entire job so it was a very good use of our time. We eventually signed up to do the project at the end. Looking forward to them starting the project but all good so far!

I really liked the installer he made sure every step of the way that we were happy with how things were and where they were going. The product looks very nice

Job well done

This is the worst company ever!!! Misleading is putting it lightly!!! 21000 dollars and the control for the shower is not attached to the wall. I was told there would be “touch up paint” needed after install. Not holes in my ceiling and subfloor instead of tile… I can’t stress enough how bad this experience was. The mess! The damage done that wasn’t there before they started….

The installers were very professional and knowledgeable as well as friendly. Our home was left super clean. The installers, Jason and the other person’s name I forgot, were thorough and committed to getting the job done right. The result is wonderful.
