Our installer was fantastic! He did the work with no complaints, I am very pleased,

Shower leaks onto downstairs. Tub is not secure, caulking is an awful color. Grab bar is not level.

Sales misrepresented and frankly lied to the customer/
Communications are poor - do not expect them to talk to you once subcontracted work is scheduled.
Fail to show as indicated and projects are underestimated timewise interfering with your personal employment work and family plans.

Avoiding this company for your project is wisest choice one can make, already referred two friends away from them.

Ok appearance, just worst experience in my projects in five years.

Incredible Casey was super nice, very sweet, gave me all the info we need and helped us design a truly nice new shower i cant wait til its all done 11/10 I recommend you ask for her if your looking for a new bathroom!

Competent, efficient, knowledgeable, hard working installer. He kept the house spaces clean throughout the project and made the bathroom beautiful. He knew how to improvise and problem solve.

We also appreciated, not only the quality of the material - as promised, but also that the sales promises and the installation lined up in reality. (i.e. The sales team had been straightforward. We got the highest quality installation as promised. No surprises.)

Finally, we appreciate that this company seems to take care of its employees. The employees seem to know for what they are working and are motivated by it. Happy, hard working employees are always a sign of a good company behind them. They know they have the support they need to do their job and that they will be compensated for it.

We have been very happy with our experience with Premiere Home PRO. The original-to-our-home, 50 year old tub/shower unit has been replaced with a beautiful stone surround and tub of highest quality. They completed it within one day! No shortcuts, just hard work, competence and employee support.

Tae and Curtis were Excellent installers. They stayed to finish the job right!

Troy was great and went above and beyond. We had some plumbing issues that took up the majority of his day but he made it work. He originally said we would have to have a flooring company come out and finish due to the need for additional time but he came very early the next morning and completed the flooring. Highly recommend Troy and Premier Home Pros.

My salesman suggested my walk in shower be enlarged by a few inches, he said it would intale moving the drain and faucet which would be more costly. When the contractor came and installed the new shower he did not enlarged it as the agreement and prints that I received.
(The shower door and 2 corner shelves would be installed in a couple of weeks)
The contractor called the boss Eddie that day and Eddie said he wanted the rest of the money less a thousand dollars. The total cost of the shower was $18000 dollars which out thought was to much money to begin with for a shower that was less than 3ft by 4ft in size, but I had agreed to because of the drain and faucet needing to be moved which involves cutting up the floor. I told Eddie that the shower was not enlarged it was still the size of the old shower. Eddie didn't care he just wanted the money.
A month went by and I called asking when my shower door and shelves would be he installed, he said I will send someone tomorrow, I said are they installing the shelves also and the said yes.
A month and a half has passed and I have contacted Them multiple times and the say they are come on a day they give me and never show up. I wait all day and they never show. My shelves are still not installed. I never received any reimbursement for the work that was never done. (It should have been several thousand dollars) Still not shelves installed.
This a terrible company. If you use this company (which I don't recommend) give them very little money until the work is complete. They are crooked.

The installer was efficient, professional, friendly, eye for detail, worked all day with only a lunch break. My floors were beautiful. He did a awesome job!

The materials used by this company were high quality. The installation started off well. There was something wrong with how the shower worked after the installation, as well as a lot of damage to my wall, baseboards and quarter round. Then I noticed metal sticking out of my wall and that the drain was far too small for the opening. The company has had pictures of all of this since a few days after the installation the third week of May 2026. Someone finally came out in July -after so many calls and texts - and confirmed the problems. I was given a date someone would fix the problem, then learned no supplies had been ordered. I was given a second date for 8-8-26, which was confirmed twice, and no one showed up. I definitely regret using this company. It's a shame to have such a nice product coupled with such poor customer service.

We were offered an exception deal on a very high quality shower upgrade that matched our needs. The install techs (Jason, Jeff) were thorough and careful, fixing existing plumbing and framing problems before the shower was installed. Wife and I were extremely pleased with the end result. Turn around time matched expectations.

Very knowledgeable, explaining what was to be done. Friendly.Did great work.

Taylor was very confident and professional. He listened intently with constant eye contact! We appreciated his humor and willingness to meet our needs without the usual upselling tactics! Great experience and would highly recommend Premier!

Obviously experienced installer, cooperative and happy to be here. Had a small issue about bathtub hardware where he and I resolved together.
