After taking a few attempts to speak to someone regarding upgrading my phone. I was able to speak to someone who made the process super easy and I could get it sorted very quickly. Process was quick and simple and then I also had a follow-up call not long after from customer care to update me on the order and confirm details for shipping and she was extremely polite and friendly. All in all great service after an initial delay. Thank you
