Fast and efficient service and kept me updated to date with all the information I needed regarding delivery and connection. Have used this company for a few years now and they have been excellent, from trying to reduce bills or giving you alternative options for upgrades- never pushy! Louise was a pleasure to deal with over the phone.

Was told id receive my 1st months bill for free and they continued to take 2 months bill out my account. Was also assured id have the money they were owe me within a certain date and still havent received the money.
I should have never have left o2 and gone with this company.

TBH. Wasn't sure at first as have had so much grief with 02, but not only have they reduced my bills and sorted out a replacement phone for my son, they seem really on it and genuinely helpful and friendly. A rare thing these days.

The worse phone company ever. Rip people off right from the start, I can’t honestly say one nice thing about them beware they don’t save you money your stuck with them for 3 years as they fees are horrendous if you try to get out of contract early, you dare use your phone abroad shocking bills, only 4 months left. Couldn’t come sooner. The worse thing I ever did signing up to them.
