This is my first time using Prestige Telecom and everyone I spoke to were amazing, informative, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. I would defiantly use them again going forward

After such a positive experience I have never witnessed anything loke it added a tablet onto my plan instead of upgrading phone. Went smoothly until tablet arrived I was sent a WiFi only tablet took weeks to get this through to the team. Sent tablet back in March amd cancelled contract as device arrived incorrect. The device was never replace by plan/prestige yet I am still being charged over £120 a month when I only have one sim out of contract as the origional phone has been paid off. I dont understand how a major fault like this can happen.

I have been with them for 3 years, after being tricked to take take the overpriced 36 months contract, I admit, I fall for their trap so this review is for others not to do the same, I've got no idea how it can have 4 stars on TripAdvisor as on the other places it have flat 1 (money-saving-expert for example)

Avoid Prestige Telecom Group.
I was contacted by a sales representative who gave the clear impression they were connected to EE. That is the only reason I agreed to proceed and provide my PAC code. At no point was it clearly explained that I was entering into a contract with a completely separate company.
This feels deliberately misleading.
After the call, I researched the company and found a large number of people reporting the exact same experience. That alone says everything.
What makes this worse is that I am now being told there is no cooling-off period and that I would have to pay over £600 to cancel. I now feel completely trapped in a contract I would never have agreed to if it had been presented honestly.
I will be requesting the original call recording and will be escalating this as a formal mis-selling complaint to Ofcom and the Communications Ombudsman.
Very concerning experience. I would strongly advise others to avoid.

I’ve had a problem with this company since I feel I was duped into signing a contract. 2 years ago I was called and promised lower prices and the sales pitch was “they work with EE (who I was with) looking after those customers who have business” I rang back on the same afternoon I’d signed up, to cancel as I found out what they’d said was not true! I was told as I was a business there was no “cooling off” agreement and I would be fully liable for cancellation fees so there was nothing I could do.
I’ve been with them now for just over two years. I have three Sim only phones and the cost is now more than I was paying with EE.
I had a call from an account manager a month back saying I could get lower prices but only if I renewed to another 36 month contract which I said no to.
Then two weeks ago I rang to say one of my phones had not been used since Christmas as it was my 92 year old mother-in-law’s who because of pneumonia and serious complications could no longer use a phone. I did say she was shortly going to die.
I was told the only thing I could do was to renew my contract (36 months) with two phones and have the other on a month by month basis. I asked to speak to a manager as I didn’t see this as reasonable. I was told he was busy but would ring back. After a week with no reply I rang again and was told no manager was available again but they would get a manager to call me back. No reply! I rang 3 days later and asked to speak to the manager (whose name I been given) but was told he was now on holiday. I was then told I’d been given the options so there was no need to speak to anyone else.
I asked the person who I was speaking with to put what she’d told me in writing (an email) this was agreed. There has been no email forth coming.
I was also told the system had been down since last Monday so they could not give me any breakdown of payments. The app also doesn’t work.
I was also told this company are part of Plan.Com and they act as account manager for them.
So I also rung Plan.com . When I eventually got through which was very difficult to do, they said the info (re having to renew a contract) was incorrect but I couldn’t really do anything unless the person actually died and then I would have to supply a death certificate! Again I was also told I could not review my account as the system was down there as well.
Yesterday my mother-in-law sadly died. So, I will obviously send this death certificate and I assume to Plan.com as My account managers (who ever they are) at Prestige will I assume only do this if I take out another 36 month contract for just two phones.
Very very poor … I wonder if they will reply to this…

This is the worst phone company on the planet. Do not use! They have disconnected my SIM card and haven't connected a new one for almost a week. Then I got an email with no apology that my phone is working, but still is not. You can't speak to anyone. The biggest mistake I have made was to go with them. Have a signal for 15 min and it cuts off for the rest of the day. Not able to make or receive any phone calls .....
