This is my first time using Prestige Telecom and everyone I spoke to were amazing, informative, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. I would defiantly use them again going forward

STAY AWAY!!! Worst excperience with a company I've ever had.
My phone's screen broke during the warranty period and they showed ZERO interest to help me/fix the phone. It was clear from the start they tried to lure me into a "refund" even though I had warranty.
Sent the phone to them and I got no updates during two months(!!) regarding the status of the phone, it was always me that had to ask for information regarding the phone. When I'd asked no direct answers would be given, they always deflacted it in some kind of way.
This is a company all people should avoid, they will scam you if they get the chance!

Straight through to an advisor, ver yquick to help with my enquiry. As always great customer service! How refreshing to ring someone that you are paying to provide a service, they answer within minutes, NO press 1 for this, press 3 for that either.

AVOID THIS COMPANY!
I feel completely mis-sold this contract and the whole experience has been a nightmare from start to finish.
I was left without a phone for 8 days, which had a massive impact on my business. During that time, I had no choice but to go out, buy a separate SIM card, and keep topping it up just to stay connected while waiting for the one I was promised.
I was also told that my previous EE contract would be bought out, but instead £364 was taken from my account. I was assured this would be reimbursed, but it took over 4 weeks to get anything back—and even then, I was only paid £317. Apparently, there was some kind of “fee” to switch contracts that was never properly explained to me.
Things got even worse when I tried to leave. I cancelled my direct debit because I wanted out of a contract I clearly didn’t agree to properly, only to be told it would cost me over £1000 to cancel. I then had to set the direct debit back up and was even charged an additional £8 fee for doing so.
Overall, I’m now paying more than I was with my previous provider and feel completely trapped in a contract I didn’t agree to under these terms.
AVOID THIS COMPANY.

It was lovely to speak to a real person and not go through automated options. Both Louise and Stevie were very kind to me. Unfortunately although their Lee and Kierans offer was fantastic savings for me I was not allowed to get out of my contract with my current service provider. But if I was I would definitely try again.
