Fabulous product and excellent service. What is not to love?

I love all the clothes I have ordered from Pretty Parade & such friendly staff. They always have such gorgeous stock & I’m looking forward to visiting the shop again soon to get some lovely winter clothes.

I recently ordered a coat from Pretty Parade, but was on holiday so asked Mollie if she could save it and send once I’m back, which she happily did. Me being me forgot to tell her I was back so she checked in with me and the coat arrived 2 days later.
I always order online as I don’t live anywhere near the boutiques and have always had a really positive experience.

Popped in to pretty parade today. I love this boutique, they always have such a good variety of clothes & accessories for all occasions. Mollie is vey knowledgeable and nothing is ever too much trouble.

I love this independent boutique. The gorgeous stock is constantly changing so there's always something new to browse, from every day basics to something more dressy.
The girls Caz, Mollie & Danielle are super helpful, give honest advice, and nothing is too much trouble. Well worth a visit.

I placed my order 9 days ago, and it has not arrived.

Unfortunately I never received my order, that I paid for express shipping with. After 6 days and no response to my email I left a 1 star trust pilot review. After no response I left a negative Google Review a couple of days later. After this, Mollie was helpful and very responsive in ensuring a refund was made. Hopefully the online order experience will improve for others now, as this little boutique has a lovely collection of clothes.

Ordered online for pick up. Top was too big, there were no issues with exchanging it for a smaller size. Both garments look fabulous on, good quality.

It has been a month since I placed my order. No update on shipping and my emails have been ignored

Express shipping does not mean express shipping!

I ordered a dress on a Tuesday evening paying extra for express shipping stating 1-3 working days for delivery now I was being very optimistic hoping I might have the delivery for Friday (3 working days).

After Wednesday I reached out to the shop via email having not received any shipping details however this email went unanswered I did try to contact them via telephone however was unable to find a number.

I then messaged them on social media Friday morning having still not received any shipping details I messaged at 2pm and at 5:30pm was advised it would be looked into straight away however no response was received until the following day at 4:11pm to be advised the order had not been shipped and was due for dispatch that day being advised that dispatch typically takes 1-2 days from time order is placed. Bearing in mind the order was placed on Tuesday night surely the order would have been dispatched on Thursday but it was now Saturday at 16:11pm and the dress was yet to be dispatched.

They did offer to refund me without sending the order which was fine and the option I went for.

However the entire process was very misleading and frustrating with days and times not matching accordingly.

They contacted me to say the dress i ordered was faulty - offered a replacement/refund which was received quickly

Love the dress arrived quickly did try it on in the shop first but was unsure the girl in the shop was lovely not pushy at all.the day after ordered it on line great customer service

Pretty Parade is an absolute gem of a boutique, and I can’t sing its praises enough! Every time I visit, I’m blown away by the gorgeous selection and the warm, welcoming atmosphere. Mollie, the lovely owner, has such a fantastic eye for fashion and makes you feel right at home from the moment you walk through the door.

Most recently, I found the perfect dress here for my birthday! I can't wait to wear it. Mollie is always so helpful and kind, making the whole experience feel special and personal. You can truly see the love and care that goes into every detail of the shop.

Whether you're after a standout piece or just a little pick-me-up, Pretty Parade never fails to deliver. I feel so lucky to have this beautiful boutique right on my doorstep. Highly, highly recommend!

Responded to messages re sizing really quickly to ensure best fit, updated the website for me so I could order my size as was out of stock and sent out same day.

Loved the items and true to picture and description. Plus customer service with contact was fast and dealt with efficiently. Would definitely recommend.

Gorgeous NFD cardigan, happy I found my size as it’s been out of stock everywhere. Very quick delivery, super impressed.
