It's not like going into a shop when you visit Pretty Parade - it's like going in to see a friend. Lovely atmosphere and always a good catch up - I always mean to just pop in - but that never happens - in a good way!🤣🤣

Pretty Parade is a charming boutique with friendly staff, especially Mollie, who is known for her helpfulness and excellent customer care. However, my own experience was a bit mixed. I placed an order and faced some communication issues, as my emails weren't initially seen due to ending up in the spam folder. Although Mollie eventually helped resolve the issue, the item I wanted was lost and unavailable. While their service is commendable when it works, my order experience was not as smooth as I had hoped.

Ordered 2 weeks ago and still no sign of package - sent an email querying if they’d received the order and no response.
UPDATE - Really helpful reply from Mollie this evening - my email had gone to their spam and all now resolved.
