I read positive reviews but unfortunately my experience is quite different. I placed my order one week ago, haven’t received any update (via email or through the shop app), and they didn’t come back to the 2 emails that I wrote.

UPDATE 10/08/2024
Upon seeing my note on Trustpilot, the shop owner found my emails (in the spam folder 😔) and responded quickly. Mollie was kind and helped solve the mystery of my missing item. Sadly, my item was lost and the last of its kind, but I am happy to report that the customer care was excellent.

I am international. Placed my order 3 weeks ago, downloaded the SHOP app for tracking, and have emailed a few times to the service email to follow up on the order--but have not seen a single update on SHOP or received a response from the Pretty Parade customer service email regarding the status of my order. I am disappointed because I had been searching for this item for a few years and may be forced to cancel.

I called to collect my tickets for the upcoming candle decorating event. I had purchased 2 tickets but didn't read the instructions that they would be sent by email. 🤣🤣🤣 The young lady was so apologetic even though it was my fault. Molly I think is her name, was worried that I had gone out of my way but I assured her I was coming to Littleborough anyway. My friend and I can't wait for the event.

Very prompt and friendly service.
I ordered the garment I had selected in the morning and it was ready to pick up the same afternoon. I'm very pleased with the purchase.

I’ve never visited the shop but have bought a number of items of clothing online. They have always arrived very promptly, are well packaged and all have been very well made and exactly as Molly described. The communication with Molly, the owner, is just fabulous. A couple of times after I’d ordered she emailed advising I sized up or down depending on the item and how it sized. She was absolutely spot on. One of these days I will visit the shops as they both look lovely, relaxing, friendly, welcoming places to shop.

Molly had clearly thought about making an outfit with the garments that were in the mystery bag and I was really pleased with what I got. Service was super quick and she kept in touch as I'd asked for delivery to Ramsbottom rather than Littleborough. Would definitely get another one!!

Because the requested product wasn't available at the online shop I wrote an email directly to the shop and Mollie made my dream come true, to get the wanted item! Awesome!

Product not in stock, after being advised of this I'm still awaiting a refund.
Update: Although there were issues with the refund, the delay seems to be with PayPal rather than Prettyparade and to her credit Mollie contacted PayPal on my behalf to find out the root cause and the date the refund should be credited back to my account. Because of this I would purchase from the company again in future.

I ordered the champagne sweatshirt & it was lovely. I asked Mollie for advice on the sizing and she was spot on as always. Pretty Parade is a brilliant small business, unfortunately it isn't local to me but I often shop online or contact them via Instagram so feel like part of the Pretty Parade family.

Prices are reasonable

I’ve visited the boutique in Ramsbottom on a number of occasions, one occasion being a “mum” outfit for my son’s prom where I could have cried because the help I got from Mollie was priceless. I have also shopped online to get a mystery bag. Shop environment is warm and welcoming by Mollie, Caz and Emma! Clean and fresh with a great selection of clothing set out into colour themes which makes shopping so much easier. Full of gift ideas too! Hats, scarfs, jewellery, bags, cosmetics, candles and cards!
