Antwoord van Pricewise Insulation Australia
Hi Carlene,
Thank you for your feedback and our apologies again for the damaged stock on this one. I replied to the email advising of some damage to your order asking how many boards had been damaged and requesting photos, in order to confirm the refund amount but I just looked now and we still haven't seen anything come through. Would you be able to resend the email? I'll organise this immediately.
Cheers,
Philip

Second time I've used this company and once again they have excelled. They rang the day after I placed the order to confirm and arrange the delivery. They delivered on time and without any hassle, even helped me get the bags to their destination in my block. The price was the best I could get even allowing for the Hunter region freight cost and the product is fantastic.
