No stock and poor communication.
The company advertise 2-4 days for delivery and are happy to charge your card straight away. I chased on the requested day of delivery only to find there is no stock of r6 insulation nor any guarantee in the next six weeks. There was no communication that the delivery would be an issue, which is disappointing. They were happy to refund quickly but wished they wouldn't waste people's time. I recommend adjusting the website to reflect the available stock and not charging people until the supply is ready.

A great product. Compared to the standard insulation our builder has placed into our exterior walls, this is truly a superior product. Delivery was extremely quick. Highly recommend.

Thanks for being easy to deal with and very prompt. The guy that delivered the order was great as well, moving it right around to the back of the property so it was hidden away and under cover.

Bad news dealing with you
I have now been waiting 3 months for you to supply the insulation I paid for in December 2021. You ask me to reply to an email requesting I upgrade my order and I ask what extra I had to pay. I still have not received a reply to that email, you have not refunded me and you have not supplied the product.
Disgraceful customer service and communication.

Antwoord van Pricewise Insulation Australia
Hi Brett,
Really sorry about the delay and lack of communication with this one. Your reply was missed and we've been chasing up supply of the product you initially ordered with no luck.
Given the delay, I've received approval to proceed with the upgrade at no extra cost to you and will be in touch directly to organise this.
Cheers, Philip

Sound shield great stuff
First time buying insulation, was very easy. Cutting and handling the sound shield wall batts was much better than the ceiling. Resulting sound and thermals are better than previous insulation and will use it throughout rest of house now
