Pricewise Insulation Australia Reviews

Always the best as usual, I recommend this company

Good products and service

Bought a foilboard for insulation in our veranda. I ordered Excel 30 but was given thicker one which is 40. Happy for the product and the delivery. Highly recommended.

Great to deal with, excellent XPS product and service. Took a star off because the delivery guy dumped all the sheets of the truck onto the ground and the bottom sheets were significantly damaged.

Easy to deal with. Good products and value for money

When Rockwool was so difficult to get, PWI did a great job in getting it for me within a short notice. When I had some left overs they were more than happy to take it back with a restocking fee. Love the work of Gabriel in dealing with my order. Will use them again for any future insulation requirements.

The installers were very friendly, courteous and respectful. They worked quietly and efficiently and took care to do a good job. Highly recommend.

Quality and Customer Service.

Great product, great service, great delivery times.

Quick, easy and accurate with my orders

Good pricing, communication and delivery what more could need?

Due to COVID induced supply shortages, my insulation materials did take a few months to arrive. BUT the Pricewise staff explained the likely delays when I placed the order, kept me informed when timelines changed, and were always helpful and honest. As soon as the materials arrived, they expedited home delivery overnight. It arrived earlier than I expected and was unloaded in a safe and convenient place as I directed. I highly recommend using this company.

Good on time delivery and great communication.

Great company stocking an extensive range of excellent products. The staff manning the phones are genuinely helpful, they made it easy when I overordered and needed to return stock. I would definitely use them again.
We could feel our house was warmer as soon as we installed our Earthwool ceiling blankets, an important part of creating an energy efficient house.

Pleasure to deal with. Great product. Fast delivery... what else would you ask for. Thank you Pricewise

Outstanding customer services is not dead. It is alive and well with Pricewise Insulation. I placed my order and soon got a call advising that there was no stock and there was no firm date on when the stock would come in. Pricewise advised what stock they had and offered a discount on a more expensive item to be able to fill the order in time. Offer accepted. Pricewise rang the following day to advise they could deliver if I wanted. I was able to do this which freed me up for later in the week. Everything worked out so well. Thank you Pricewise. Great customer interaction, problem solving and taking advantages of opportunities.
