Price was good
Price was good, delivery quick, however some insulation packages appeared to have been dragged on the ground and the packaging was split with some of the contents exposed. However even with this, I would order again as the insulation damage was minimal and now unseen as its in the roof!

Hi David,
Thanks for the feedback. We endeavour to get your products delivered in excellent condition, so we will discuss your feedback with the delivery team to see how this can be avoided in future. Great to hear that the insulation is now installed, and we hope you are enjoying the new level of comfort and energy savings it provides.
Kind regards,
Paul
Overprovided!
I ordered a single board of XPS insulation for work purposes (as a model maker). Had a work commitment come through last moment and had to pick my order up early. Not only did they provide me my order a day earlier than expected, but allowed me to take home extra off cuts free of charge! This kind of material is super valuable for my work - so I really appreciated the gesture.
Will be ordering from these people again :)

Great price, plenty of options.
Great price and options, though delivery pricing was prohibitive for my small order, so I picked up from the manufacturer instead, and all went pretty smoothly.
It would have been good to be able to pick up from Campbelltown depot, as I thought I'd be able to, but evidently that was not an option for my order. Would have been good to know at checkout, but overall I'm pretty satisfied with the price and speed of the turnaround.

Great insulation
Great insulation. The guys were so helpful. We couldn't fit it all in the car, so they delivered it to an near by place the next day with somebody else's purchase and we picked it up. Great service.

Hi Anthony,
The online order you placed with us was for 4 rolls of tape.
Your address was around 600km from our warehouse and well outside of our standard delivery zones.
Our quote for delivery of a small carton from our warehouse to your address was signficantly more than you had expected, so it's understandable that you opted for a refund of your order instead.
Regards,
Pricewise Insulation
