Las filas interminables, por lo menos 15 cajas sin personal, 4 cajeras que no dan a basto y una atención nefasta en el Primark de Murcia.

Es fatal completamente

I wanted to buy a black jeans but there was a no one to help me. When I rescheduled out to one employee he told he he doesn’t work in that senction and there will be another lady named Rachel who can help . When I asked if he can help me call her to the section he just said sorry and walked away . I was really unhappy with the result therefore I just took what I had in my hand and paid the money and walked off .

Mi valoración tan negativa es sobre el Primark de Marbella, ayer un seguridad me paró en la puerta cuando me disponía a marcharme después de haber realizado unos cambios y comprar otros artículos. Iba con la bolsa blanca de tela de Primark colgada al hombro y me paró para pedirme que le enseñará la bolsa y pedirme el ticket, me hizo el comentario de: "has realizado algún cambio ¿no?" Y me pregunto ¿a él le tengo que dejar explicaciones de lo que cambio o no cambio o de las veces que cambio? Pasé tanta vergüenza que no quiero volver a esta tienda.
Ya tuve experiencias negativas porque no informan a sus cajeros sobre los procedimientos internos, como que nos informen a los clientes cuando vamos a pagar en caja, que los artículos desprecintados o sin etiquetas no tienen ni cambio ni devolución y cuando vas a realizar esta transacción con alguno de estos artículos, los encargados que normalmente no destacan por su amabilidad te piden que informes tú a los cajeros que en el momento del pago que lo pongan en el ticket, como cliente ¿tenemos que decirle a los cajeros como realizar su trabajo o deberían mejorar la formación y desarrollo de estos?
Muy decepcionada y además por lo que me pasó ayer con el seguridad, muy avergonzada.

Quería cambiar dos artículos, regalo de cumpleaños, perdí el ticket de compra, y fui con el extracto de la tarjeta y la tarjeta con la que pagué. Según la manager de cajas es imposible hacer nada sin tickets, con lo cual te comes los artículos aunque no te valgan para nada, sin solución. Raririsimo cuando en otras tiendas no suele haber problema ninguno. Nada recomendable comprar en este mercadillo de mi.... Deben sobrarles los clientes porque aquí hay uno que no volverá a cometer el error, ahí quedan con la bazofia de productos, y con mi dinero, pues ojalá lo utilicen en botica. Ladrones

Primark centro comercial Garbera, la tienda muy bien las dos estrellas es por la atención al llegar a cajas, solo tres cajeras para una fila de más de 50 personas , 15 minutos de cola a una hora de más concurrencia, 18:30 aprox

I believe in honest reviews. I've shopped there on two occasions. I bought a "leather" belt (actually plastic) which was reasonably prized, but the "leather" peeled off after I wore it a few times. Then, I bought clothing that when I got home and tried it on... was much smaller than the size indicated on the package. In short... fair prices... good selection... but you get what you pay for... not much quality. It's basically budget-shopping.

Good products, jumpers, joggers, but a shockingly bad web site. You have to reload it multiple times before you can select an item - almost unusable - spent 5 mins trying to select one item!

I’m very disappointed with the quality of the clothing. I bought a jersey from primark Almeria and would you believe it, one pocket is sewn upside down. As it’s a jersey, it’s difficult to unpick the pocket and turn it the right way. Where is the quality control? I travelled a long way to shop at this store.

Vergonzoso el trato recibido en Primark Lagoh Sevilla.Se les apaga el terminal durante el proceso de venta.Me hacen el cargo en la tarjeta y me dicen que no me hacen la devolución pirque no les ha salido ningún tique.Que hable con atención al cliente o que vuelva otro día. Eso fue el 29 de diciembre, todavía no me han reintegrado el importe incluso habiendo interpuesto hoja de reclamación.

Primark Leon, casi todos los productos desordenados, y todos de la misma talla S o XS, nunca hay tallas grandes aunque tambien existimos personas que las usamos.
Todo tirado por el suelo, bolas de pelusa en el suelo por todas partes, sucio, muy sucio, nadie a quien preguntar, cajeros que te cobran mientras atienden el pinganillo con ordenes para compañeros, bolsas de papel que se rompen antes de salir de la tienda.....

Took back faulty pyjamas to the new glasgow fort store tonight. As they were a Christmas gift i didnt have a receipt but i only wanted to exchange them for another pair. I was informed by Mark the manager that no proof of purchase no exchange, i asked if this was right as the goods were faulty and he again replied no proof of purchase no exchange. In fact i felt as if i was being accused of stealing the pyjamas!! I was upset as the shop was very busy so i took the faulty pyjamas and walked out the store. When i came hone I googled primarks policy for returning faulty goods and it states that no receipt is needed??

Mi experiencia Primark, es penosa puesto que ponen un precio en los stand, y no corresponde a el que te cobran o cuando pasas por caja, una estafa encima llame a la encargada, y ni disculpas me pidió, me dijo que es así, que es lo que hay.... en fin una estafa total!!!

Le Primark de Strasbourg et sa clientèle s'est dégradé ... c'est devenu mal fréquenté et bordélique, le staff à l'air au bout de sa vie ... il y avait un membre du personnel ( une femme au cheveux noir) qui était dans le rayon pyjama et qui n'arrêtait pas de soupirer en fixant la clientèle.
Une nouveauté, on trouve maintenant des gamines r*c*stes avec une tête de c******* qui errent en faisant des accusations et des réflexions complétement déplacées. J'ai cru rêver, on est où là, au zoo !?!

Went to the Sunderland store, went to tills to pay for my 4 items.
The sales Assistant asked me if I wanted a paper carrier bag which I excepted her offer, only to find it was a small bag and I said to her, you won't get all those into that bag.
Her reply was oh I will.
She proceeded to roll the items upwith the hangers still on the garments. I stopped her and said, get a bigger bag and fold the garments up, instead of rolling them up. Her reply was my manager said this is how I have to do it and she will be watching me and I will get wrong. She finally got a bigger bag, and proceeded to fold the items up, but with the hangers still attached to the garments. I explained it would be easier if she removed the hangers. She finally did remove them folded them up and placed them in the bag.
I paid for the items and started to leave the till point, when Security came running upto the till point. She had called security onto me, for asking for my garments to be folded and bigger bag. Shocking service.

Que haya 24 cajas y solo 4 en uso y una cola interminable no lo entiendo.

Hola,no seamos tontos!!! Por el precio que tiene ,lo únicos que son baratijas de ropa ,casi parece un mercadillo,calidad mediocre, atención nefasta,no se lo qué cobran los empleados, así qué,mejor en un mercadillo que allí

Vendredi 22 novembre 15h15 j’arrive en caisse. Et là au moins 30 personnes devant moi. Cela fait déjà 20min que j’attends En principe chez primark au moins 5 ou 6 caisses sont ouvertes, notamment en forte affluence.
Et bien non … seulement deux caisses ouvertes et je ne sais combien d’employés sur la surface de vente
Inadmissible !! Où sont les managers ou décisionnaires pour adapter la situation en fonction de l affluence ça manque de sérieux
