Once you have used this company they will spam you for the rest of your life.
Whoever David Miller is - "Senior Account Manager" - all he is good for is running his company into the ground by absolutely hounding past customers.
I've even taking to reply with abuse and he STILL won't get the message.

The product is awful, the people worse - avoid like the plague.

Second time of ordering. Quick turn around, good quality and proactive regarding content.
I did not read the reviews before ordering the first time and I'm glad I didn't, had good service, can only report on my own experience.

Shoddy, shoddy, shoddy. You know what they say, you pay peanuts, you get monkeys! I've had vinyl banners from them before, and they are super cheap and do the job for a bit, this time I thought I'd go for ones with reinforced edges, big mistake, they look awful and all puckered, and the finish is terrible. Yes, cheap, but I'll be binning them! I accepted they were cheap, and it was my own fault.

However, I'd also ordered 2 A2 posters, which I paid about £15 for, so not cheap, and they were literally thrown in a 3 ft box, not rolled nicely, so they got all screwed up, and even with photos, they said they were fine, just minor creases, that I could iron out. Lesson learned - never use them again!

Beware, it is worth paying more and getting something worth paying good money for!

I ordered a large PVC banner. Ordering was easy, it was delivered quickly and the quality is excellent. It was also significantly cheaper than other companies. I would definitely use them again.

The service was excellent. Our school had a concert and we wanted a banner printed and complete within a couple of days. I contacted the company and liaised with Harry and he was extremely helpful. The banner was designed and ordered within the hour and delivered within 2-3 days, which we requested. The quality was fantastic and it really stood out! We are extremely pleased with it and would definitely recommend and use this company again! Thank you!

Cannot fault this company for price or delivery time.

I ordered at Printed Today once, ages ago. Since, they keep calling, emailing me on a weekly basis. It got to the point of daily basis. I've asked them, probably over 10 times now to remove me from their contact list. I've reported them on ICO. They don't care. Please, save your inbox - never contact them.

They are not too expensive. Printing done on time

Listened to what I wanted and offered a number of options. Item printed and delivered quickly. Perfect. Will definitely use again.

Well this seemed too good to be true and it most certainly was.

I was in urgent need of some stable plaques and whilst browsing the Printed Today website a customer service agent popped up in the chat. He gave me a quote and said he could place the order there and then. I uploaded my artwork, received a payment link and paid. Received a proof from 'Andrew' - it looked fine, but was missing the 4 corner drill holes we'd talked about. He added those and they were approved.

These were due to arrive on 22/12. I had confirmation that shipping had been booked but the tracking info said it hadn't been picked up. Received an e-mail from PT with a link to a 'lodge a complaint form', duly filled it out asking where my order was. The order was shipped at 5pm that day, received the following day, i.e. a day late.

The quality is ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING. The printing is sub standard, smudged, logos distorted. The plaques weren't cut straight, the edges and corners were left dangerously sharp. As we were coming up to the Christmas break, I lodged a dispute with PayPal. Received some drivel back from PT about their ridiculous terms of returning within 24 hours. At no point during the ordering process had I been made aware of this. The drill holes were all over the place with sharp pieces of metal protruding.

I have spent significant time redrilling the drill holes and sanding down the plaques in the hope that my customers won't be disappointed. I will never use this company ever again.

Sadly, I hadn't read the reviews before ordering. Save your money, go to a proper printing establishment - yes, you might end up paying more, but you pay for what you get. These guys are cheap and offer a quick turnaround for a reason. AVOID!

Placed an order in November 2025. Never arrived. Tried contacting but no response. Maybe it was a scam or they are no longer in business? Won’t ever use them again.

BRILLIANT! I can not recommend this service enough I had a banner in my head and what they made for me was 1000 times better!

Appaled at the service we received. Only gave a one star rating because zero wasn't an option.
Wish I'd read the reviews first. Shamefully dishonest company, we ordered a number of outdoor banner stands, received a handful of very poorly printed banners & no stands. Reported the error & gave them the opportunity to send them, was told they needed proof of them not being delivered. Avoid at all costs

Absolutely terrible product I bought magnetic car stickers which were not strong enough to be fit for purpose. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great repeat experience with Printed Today - 6 2m x 1m banners for a charity campaign I've been involved with.

Quality was excellent - colour and detail. They arrived as a premium service over the Christmas period and exactly when we were told they were coming.
