I was sent 3 out of 4 bad tires from prioritytire.com they asked for road force balancing from a shop so took it in and it showed the tires being bad it has been 4 months and they are telling me they are a as is middleman basically and they cant guarantee a resolution. Buy your tires elsewhere they sell 2nd hand junk obviously.

That's definitively not the obvious conclusion - we are a 3rd-party retailer, which means we do not manufacture tires and cannot provide our own warranties on them, but we do sell completely new and genuine tires, and offer manufacturer warranties to help!
All of the tires we sell are NEW: never mounted, used or modified, without any known or expected faults, defects or blemishes, kept in climate-controlled warehouses and sourced directly from the manufacturers or their authorized distributors!
Naturally we do try to help our customers in the unlikely case an issue happens, exactly by providing, processing and escalating the manufacturer's general warranty to the best of our vast ability and experience. We cannot comment on the particularities of the case you report here, but we can advise that we earnestly try to make the process as simple as possible when it comes to gathering the required evidence and then leveraging it to successfully conduct the warranty in your favor.
We'll be sure to double-check for any and all details and updates possible for your order once provided with more context - we do try to have happy customers, obviously, and do want to resolve the issue for you.

I ordered the correct size and load…
I ordered the correct size and load rated tires (a set of 4 LT 265/75r16 10 ply) for my 06 Chevrolet Silverado 2500hd and was sent a set of 4 passenger tires in the same size or what are considered P metric tires which are only 6 ply tires. My order was placed somewhere around January 10th and it is now March 10th and still no resolve of the return.The tires sent were sent back January 15th and were received by thier warehouse on January 20th. I am beginning to suspect these people are fraudulent and this company is a scam. They sent me the wrong tires on purpose and are now holding my money hostage. I will be reporting this purchase and company to my credit card company as fraudulent.

The original issue is completely legitimate, as we've acknowledged and apologized for - incorrect tires were coded into the system, and thus sent out by accident. Mistakes like this can happen even with our experience and expertise, and we really do try to avoid them.
The return issue is valid to the extent that our warehouse did not confirm the return of all tires as expected; however, from the information we've received, the FREE return labels we provided you with were not used correctly, and the original shipping labels were not removed as expected. As a result, FedEx had an issue sending the tires back to us as needed, while our warehouse had issue finding and identify the correct packages. We do not blame you for the incorrect tires obviously or even for this accidental error on your part, but it should be acknowledged as a significant factor that complicated the return process.
Furthermore, we do not see any communication attempts from your part in the past 30+ days - you're obviously not obliged to keep calling us again and again to ask for an update, it is our responsibility to process the return and confirm it, but it's a bit unnecessary to comment on us being "fraudulent" instead of simply talking to us about the matter.
All in all, the original mistake is completely legitimate and the follow-up issues with the return are ultimately something we are obliged to handle. We deeply apologize about all of this, and we'll proceed to finalize the return and refund for you ASAP.
