It has been an entire month dealing with TireMart, and this has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had.
They started by shipping me the wrong size tire, which I returned immediately. From that point on, everything went downhill. I have called repeatedly, and no one ever answers the customer service number they provide, so don’t expect to actually get help when there’s a problem. I’ve had to send emails almost every single day just to try and get any kind of response.
The replacement tire was supposedly going to ship out two weeks ago… still nothing. To make it even worse, they sent me a tracking number two weeks ago, and then it was cancelled the very next day. So just because you get a tracking number from this company does not mean your order is actually coming.
Here’s the kicker: the only way I was able to get a real person on the phone was by calling the new sales department and pretending I was buying another tire, then demanding they handle my issue. That should tell you everything you need to know about how they prioritize customers.
After weeks of chasing them down, I’m finally told my order can’t even be fulfilled due to a “stock issue.” So after a month of waiting, returning their mistake, and doing all the follow-up myself, I’m left with nothing.
This entire situation could have been avoided with basic competence and communication. Instead, it’s been a complete waste of time.
Customer service is terrible, response time is unacceptable, and the lack of accountability is unreal. I will never buy from TireMart again. Save yourself the headache and take your business somewhere that actually values its customers.
Update to reply to your reply. The returned tire showed delivered to your warehouse for almost a week before you found it. I have the tracking and emails where you didn’t answer. The phone just continues to ring when called and the online chat often says no one is there in the middle of the work day during the work week. When it was realized that there was a stock issue I should have been notified immediately, not days later and especially not with me having to reach out first. This problem has taken right at a month to finally get a resolution. Of which I got my money back on 1 tire because your solution was to just put a different tire on instead of having a matching set like I ordered. If I knew that I couldn’t get a matching set of that tire I would have ordered a different matching set. Still worst tire buying experience and I was truly disappointed because I have bought many tires with you but the way this was handled really made me rethink things. Now your reply lets me know I am definitely doing the right thing.

I orderd two tires online. Waited, nothing. I called customer service and was told the order was fraud. I used my company billing address which is linked to my card and had the delivery at my home which is about 1.4 miles away. Now, I have to wait two days before the money is returned. Oh, and I got a fraud email and I confirmed that it was infact me that bought the tires for my truck. No one at Customer service was helpful and I have Army Reserve training this weekend and now I'm stuck. Thanks Tiremart. Really bad 1st and last experience.

It's so easy to order online. My tires were delivered to my home. Great tires at a great price. Had to pay a shop 28 dollars a tire to mount, but all went smoothly. I will definitely order from TireMart again.

I have reached out several times no response. FedEx gave me a date of 16 th through 18th. Currently no response from tiremart
I ordered a set of 4 tires that were advertised as take of tires, meaning they were professionally installed and uninstalled on a vehicle for advertising purposes only which cannot be called new because of the mounting and dismounting , and i received a heavily used tire set with uneven surface and cracks, when contacted costumer support I was told that I have to pay for the return in order to receive a refund ( the return shipping cost is upwards of $90).
Very disappointed. BUYERS BE AWARE OF THIS PRACTICE AND LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR YOUR TIRES, IT DOESN'T WORTH IT
This company sent the incorrect order twice. Then would not send the correct order until they received the incorrect order. Essentially making the customer responsible for their mistake. Additionally I was charged for upgraded tires with white letter outline and I never received what I paid for. This was an easy fix, by delivering what was paid for initially. Then realizing the mistake and send the correct tires immediately without requiring the customer to wait. Also there is the matter of over charging and then ignoring emails from the customer trying to get things rectified. To make things worse,ebay supported this seller in response for help. Try getting a hold of someone at ebay to help.... Good luck. Dont order from this company, you will regret your decision.
