They send 6 years old tires
In month of September i received 4 tires manufactured in 2018 semitrailer tires.
My mistake was installing those tires.
Lesson learned.
Now after 6 months all 4 tires started to peel from the sides with cracks due to being 6 years old.
At this point i contacted them NOT about this issue, but about trying to buy again from them tires but asked to make sure that tires are not as old as the first time.
Response from them was that they have thousands of tires and simply can not look for this info on the tire.
So basically ordering from them you are screwing you up, because you will get bad quality tires.
Be smart and return those old tires back to them if you have time and money.

We do earnestly apologize about the odd shipping issue, we did reach out to FedEx once again using our Premier Business account in an effort to get a resolution! They assure us that it is "only" a standard operational delay and insist that it will be imminently delivered.
We did attempt to escalate the matter, however, we cannot do much at this time due to the package still receiving regular updates. We'll continue monitoring the package and do all we can to expedite the delivery!
Know that you can and always should contact us via email to info@tiremart.com, but we do apologize that you could not reach us via phone call, we've truly been busy with a huge amount of incoming traffic recently.

I bought 4 "blemished tires" from TireMart in September 2024 but they sent 4 defective tires. I initiated a refund request and they never responded. I also posted a negative review on their website, which they never published. There should be lawsuits initiated against them for their deceptive business practices.
Update in response to Tiremart's reply. I've checked my inbox and junk mailbox and did not see any emails or correspondence as alleged to have been sent to me. I welcome them to forward those two emails to me again. Also, I'll be glad to provide pictures as to what TireMart considers "blemished" vs. what one may think they are getting so other consumers can judge for themselves.
Update No. 2: Despite Tiremart's allegation of trying to contact me two prior times and my request for those prior emails to be resent to me, they've still never produced these alleged prior communications or had any direct contact with me.

TireMart chiefly sells NEW (unmounted and unused with no known/expected flaw, fault or defect) tires, but we do indeed sell "Blemished" tires which should have nothing more than slight aesthetic blemishes.
In this case, you emailed us and sent three photos; two show the blemishes in question (the manufacturer's name being sanded-off) and one shows a sidewall bubble of sorts, which is definitely a legitimate type of issue that renders a tire unusable.
Needless to say we did not knowingly, intentionally or willingly send you a defective tire - blemished tires are provided to us and other retailers "as is" but are nonetheless assured and assumed to be without any structural flaw or fault.
That is why we did respond to you at least two (2) times to offer assistance. As of time of writing (December 13th) we've not received any new replies, thus not allowing us to take any further steps or assist you.
We do not agree that there should be any "lawsuits" for any "deceptive business practices" as we neither partake in such nor see how this experience with you would warrant such an accusation. It should come as no surprise that we vehemently deny your assertion and do not appreciate the very inflammatory rhetoric, especially as we quite literally offered you assistance when you reported your issue.
EDIT: We've once again responded to the exact email they're writing us from, this time with attached screenshots of the original messages.

We do not have any purchase that matches the described event - we only have one order under "Donald Griggs" from June, sold via Walmart, where no Return was inquired about (the order was cancelled before shipment per customer request).
Aside from that, if you did purchase tires you cannot use from us by accident, that does not qualify you for a Free Return. In such cases, the Return is up to the customer's discretion and convenience - we merely offer our own FedEx labels as that is usually the most affordable option, but no one is forced to use it.
Naturally if we ourselves made a mistake we offer a Free Return - in the situation you described, however, that is most doubtful, as we'd have no reason to deny a Free Return, meaning that you're likely misreporting a situation in which you made a mistake.

Tire for my ram 3500…
Ok to start my story I ordered tires for my 2016 ram 3500 truck. I purchased them in April of 2024 and but July of 2024 the tires have worn out terribly and are ruined and only have 7k miles on them, I have taken my truck to the local Firestone in which they were installed and balanced at and they informed me that upon (paid) inspection of my truck there is nothing wrong with my truck and I will need two new tires, in order for me to get the tires warranted for they would like pictures of everything including the barcode and serial numbers which are inside of the tire so they would like me to take the front tires off and have them dismounted get the pictures then remount the garbage tires, or order two new tires at my cost and pay for installation a second time seeing as the tires come with no warranty only a manufacturer warranty. I’m very disappointed in the way my situation has been handled and how these cheap tires are holding up I regret not just buying quality tires locally now I feel like I have wasted my money on a crap product that is not supported by the company selling it. We must say that we cannot recognize the described situation, as we only see two orders from this customer from 2020 and 2023 respectively.
With that said, we can say that we do our absolute best to ensure that all of the tires we ship out are authentic high-quality tires, which are stored in climate-controlled warehouses as per industry standards. Each and every tire is sourced directly from the manufacturers and is ensured to be without defect, fault or damage of any kind.
If by any chance a customer receives a faulty tire they can and should contact us, as we'd be more than happy to investigate the matter and provide assistance! Naturally we do all in our power to ensure that the process is swift and efficient, aiming to alleviate any inconvenience for our customers. This all applies to all of the tires we sell, be they budget-friendly tires or premium tires from top-tier brands.
