Placed an order and expected it to ship out because it was placed prior to the 1pm deadline for same day shipping. l've not received a tracking number or any correspondence. Sat waiting for a customer service reps for hours... and never got connected to customer service via the website chat. And yes I'm a real customer.......

Only for Tiremart.com to flag and report my experience as defamatory. Thankfully my experience wasn’t defamation and it was reinstated today on trustpilot. As a military retiree, I believe who ever is responding as tirerack.com should have a little more integrity about the service they provide and not attempt to report a customer’s experience to hide their shortcomings…. Because it’s clear this is what they attempted to do to me.

Sadly, we have to surmise and conclude that this is not a legitimate review from a legitimate customer experience.
Our account has both numerous positive reviews and few negative reviews, all of which we respond to and address. Issues, mistakes and shortcomings can certainly occur and we have absolutely no issue acknowledging them, learning and improving along the way.
We do however try to utilize any feedback removal request available to us for reviews such as this, wherein we cannot in any specific way identify the reviewer or the scenario they describe.

Good tire, good price just did not notice they were trailer tires. Maybe I will find a use for them

Thank you for your review. If you purchased the wrong tires and did not mount them, you may return them to us within 90 days. Just contact us via email at info@tiremart.com with the pictures of the tires and customer service agents will inform you about the whole process.
The service was great.
The service was great.. and how quick the tires were shipped.. but the shipping with fed Ex was not so good..it was a two part shipment and the first part was good the second part was bad.. it got messed up and first went to a place it should not..

The shipping and delivery was atrocious
The shipping was atrocious! The driver acted as though she was doing me a favor by making the delivery! Though it was raining, she initially delivered one set of tires, my wife had to flag her down to get her to search the truck for the second set! Upon delivery of the second set I inspected both sets for any obvious damage or wear being as this shipment had been misrouted back and forth, and from place to place other than to the addressee, creating serious delay, according to the tracking. And the driver appeared to have a problem with my inspecting the tires, and began making unprofessional comments. Upon leaving she scurried away like a person with anger issues! I also took screenshots of the changes that were made to the tracking data which serves as proof of tracking manipulations. Though the purchase process was fine, the shipping and delivery cast a shadow and is in need of serious improvement! I placed this order Jul 2 and didn’t receive the tires until jul 12th. That’s how long I was stranded.

We certainly do apologize on behalf of the carrier for the most unpleasant delivery experience! Rest assured that that is not the norm and that such issues are indeed reported regularly for quality assurance purposes, so much so that we're confident you'll not have a negative experience like that in the future!
Regarding the shipping time itself, note that you placed the order on the 3rd during the evening; the order was shipped out on 5th as expected and did arrive on the 12th. We do believe that the shipping time was acceptable considering the holiday weekend, but we can advise that we usually achieve quicker delivery times - the tires in question just so happened to be only available at a far-away warehouses, unluckily.
Please know that we're consistently taking steps to learn and improve our operations and logistics, so we're confident you'll find the shipping performance to be more impressive in the future!

Dishonest i bought 4 tire 2 came that would hold air 2 were dry rotted and would not hold air 28 emails all they do is keep asking for more pics more records tire depth . they were never driven on . Liars crooks stay away . Amazon was cheaper and came in 2 days . Funny i sue losers like this all the time .

TireMart does what it can to only sell safe, functional and authentic new tires; if issues are noticed before use they can be reported for a return. If tires are mounted and/or driven on, a warranty will be required. We only ever ask for the bare-minimum information as required by the manufacturers, while providing instructions and examples to our customers to make things as easy as possible.
With that said, we cannot identify or verify that this is a real customer in any way. Even then, based on their review, we cannot really understand what is "dishonest" or "liars crooks" about asking for basic supporting evidence for supposedly bad tires.
It would have been nice for someone to…
It would have been nice for someone to give a courtesy call to assure me that I was making the right purchase for my vehicle. Other than that, so far the tires are working for my 2021 Range Rover Sport.
