Very nice service so far. I'm in the process of buying a flat with them and they have been very helpful, explaining me all the stages of the process as many times as I need to understand. Also they are organizing all the appointments so there is really not so much for me to worry about.

Proper API team has really good in depth knowledge of the market and the options on table when it comes to investing. Along with the personalised planning and portfolio creation. I worked with Andre who was always very patient, detail oriented and helped resolve any questions or requests that I had.

I believe this is my only satisfactory customer oriented experience in Germany. Christian, who was my advisor spent several sessions (each a 1 hour session) to provide me with all the infomation I needed regarding real-estate, tax optimisation, insurance packages, etc... and the amount of knowledge, expertise and time spent was really valuable. I had too many topics to discuss and there was no hestiation nor impatience from Christian's side, on the contrary he provided me with more info than I requested and as a result I chose to use their services on monthly basis, which I absolutely recommend for any expat who would like to be always informed and advised on making good decisions in Germany.
