Working with NAI was a great experience. I had never used this type of service before and I was nervous about how to proceed. Darren Giglio, my PI, was excellent. He explained everything in great detail and went above and beyond to help me with my complicated situation. I would definitely recommend Darrin and would work with him again in the future!

I never thought I would run into a situation where I would need the help of private investigators. I was nervous, scared and didn't know what to expect. Darrin, Mike and the rest of his team were supportive beyond belief. They helped me in a situation where I felt lost and was taken advantage of in a traumatic manner. I had a difficult task with few leads to go on. Darrin was confident he could find a result as he had similar prior experiences. Darrin delivered ahead of time and his fee was very reasonable. I highly recommend.

This company is extremely profession. This was my first time ever using this type of organization to help me with a personal matter. I have never felt so comfortable working one on one with an owner of a company. I am not sure if I should mention his name, however, you will get to know him. Each and every time I called I was able to reach the owner personally. He answered all my questions. Trust me, I called a great deal! He was very professional and even consulted me regarding my situation. I needed someone to advise me and at times calm me down regarding the circumstances. With the information I received I was able to make an appropriate decision for myself. I recommend this company and I will be using North American Investigations again myself if need be, as well as make recommendations to friends/family.

From the very first phone call to NAI, I knew I was dealing with professionals who could help me get the information I was seeking. I suspected that my spouse was cheating on me for about 6 months. The process was clearly explained to me by the detectives. They were available to me whenever I had a question or wanted an update. The final report was detailed, informative and ultimately confirmed my suspicions. Best of all, I had my answers in about a week and a half! If you suspect that your spouse is having an extramarital affair, I recommend, without hesitation, calling NAI.

I called a few agencies prior to contacting Darrin but just a few moments after speaking with him on the phone I realized I had contacted the right agency. I was extremely pleased with Darrin, his continued contact with me with updates and the honesty with which he told me what he could do. For those that served in our nations military we all know that traveling around we lose contact with our shipmates that we may have been stationed with or those civilians that we may have met in the outlaying areas. With very little information, just a name and last known town lived in, Darrin was able to locate a dear friend that I'd lost contact with for 25 years. I couldn't believe that Darrin had found my friend in such a short period of time. I would strongly encourage anyone to contact Darrin if you had someone in your life that meant so much to you but again with distance and time we can lose contact. I don't believe that I can honestly convey with simple words the sense I experienced when I saw the photo of my friend after not seeing them for so many years. I would also like to add that Darrin, once knowing I served in our military, was very gracious in providing me with a substantial discount off the normal rate. I would gladly use Darrin's service again in the future and I truly believe it was money well spent.

I met with Darrin on a Monday afternoon. Almost to my disbelief, 24 hours later he called with all the information I needed. Great working with him. Will absolutely use his services in the future.
