Got in touch with North American Investigations for an address look up of my daughter's mom, on a Monday at 8pm, and by Tuesday at at noon they have acquired all the information I needed. Thanks NAI.

This group of investigators are shockingly trustworthy, competent, reliable, discreet, careful, responsible, communicative, empathetic, devoted to their work, flexible, quickly responsive in situations, adaptable, appropriate, have excellent customer care, and are top notch in their craft. They are an absolutely amazing group who can be trusted with the most sensitive topics and the most important people in your life. I cannot go on enough about them, they are that good. If you are in a situation where you need someone within this area, this is the only group to work with.

From the Cheif Investigator to the office manager and anyone who may have picked up the phone, (which by the way, there is always a response and prompt return to your call), there was always the feeling that your case was a top priority. It was very comforting in a diffucult investigation and personal situation to have that personal touch from the team. No one ever expects to need a private investigation firm. After months of being harassed by someone I never met and didn’t have any validated information to identify, I turned to Darrin and the team at North American Investigations. Darrin and his team were very supportive and caring when i called them concerned about my husband's infidelity. I just got married in July 2015 so i am a newlywed (dated for 7 years) and i suspected he was cheating in November. I reached out to Darrin for help and that same night he had an investigator out on the job and my husband was caught that same night. I was thankful Darrins team had confirmed my suspicions immediately. I felt devastated and felt that i was dying of a broken heart but was happy i found out now rather than later.

It is my strong belief that NAI’s on line advertising, while shining light on it being a top most experienced result oriented producer in its field, is doing a disservice to an experience far greater than the eye can read. It is a one-of-a-kind A+ experience I’m willing to tirelessly write and speak about.
Your ad is hardly encompassing the tremendous advantage NAI truly packs in following religiously the ABC of its industry by growing healthy in correctly managing the flow of information both in and out. In fact, 99% of US corporations would have been much further along than their Chinese, German and even Japanese counter partners, if only they had copied into that system of yours, i.e. supervised quality growth instead of rushing to expand at the cost of quality. These US corporations, while actually stepping production ever so slightly ahead, are forced to add customer service ‘parrots’ into their work force to ‘clean’ behind. A job which in its ‘redo’ nature chews heavily on growth and profits. Sadly for US corporations, the proof lays with the comparison between the makes of the leading industrial work forces in the world, where outside of the US a position such as customer service is nearly obsolete).
I may be older and slower but as a retired IDF intelligent officer with more than three languages mastered, please accept my compliments as they do carry sincere and valid weight.

Darrin was very dedicated to the mission. He and his team managed to get the information in due time before court and to provide a very detailed report on his findings. We were very pleased with the results and we will definitely reach out to Darrin next time.
