I contacted north american about doing a back ground check on a person who came in contact with my family. I was only able to give them a last name of the person and their most recent address.and in less than 10days they were able to give me the information I needed To feel more confident about my family's safety in regards to this person I would recommend north America to any one .thanking you in advance james J.

I spent weeks trying to find certain information online but to no avail. I chose to hire Darrin and within 2 days he found everything I was looking for. It was a pleasure working with him. I never felt uncomfortable or judged. In fact he was understanding and supportive through the entire process.

I called North American investigations because I had a hit and run incident, the perpetrator took off. Because of my background I was not under any circumstances going to let this guy get away with it no matter what kind of danger I would be faced with. I was determined to get this guy. However I needed more information on the character of this person. Like whom am I dealing with? You would figure a retired ex-law enforcement officer and a 26 year Army veteran with two deployments underneath my belt would know what to do. Well when you are retired it’s a different story, you don’t have a team more basically you are writing solo. I didn’t know where else to go. I was stuck between a hard place and a rock. I needed professional undercover detective help immediately. I explained the situation to Darrin and within a matter of 18 hours I had a detective work with me. The detective a signed to me not only did he do his job but he was very into getting results for me and also concerned about my safety. I can’t thank Darrin and his team of professional detectives enough… the communication, coordination, quick response, efficiency and the level of professionalism Darrin provided is priceless. It’s great to know that when you’re the victim you can rely on someone to get the job done. The only place I could say I have experienced this level of tactfulness was when I was at war in Iraq and Afghanistan. The support they rendered to me you can’t just get that anywhere. This team isn’t just a detective service they are more personalized than that. I would not hesitate to use them again. Anyone who overlooks North American investigations is doing a disservice to themselves.

I can't stress enough how important using an experienced investigation company is. I contacted Private Eyes about two weeks after I found out my husband was having an affair. I was emotionally raw and devastated. I could barely function on a day to day basis. I couldn't even go to work. In this situation I needed answers that I wasn't getting.

North American Investigations were very kind and sincere, asked me all the questions pertaining to the service I needed. Very reasonably priced.
