Rebecca Hull answered my telephone call and was extremely friendly and pleasant in dealing with my renewal. She was very helpful and the process was super easy.

I received excellent service from both Harlie and Joanne. I was going to cancel my policy due to retiring but, first of all, Joanne sent an email advising to look again on their website and mentioned the possible problems if a claim is put through after I have cancelled. I thought about it and rang Qdos and spoke to Harlie explaining I had replied to Joanne's email but thought I should ring. I spoke to Harlie and explained, at length, about my business etc. She helped me through and I have renewed my insurance with them.
