I had problems setting up a policy online. Received excellent online chat support from Harlie. Also got through on the phone to resolve the issue later on without any wait. Can't fault the service at all.

The account settings on the website are a bit sparce, but I messaged support and connected to a human in less than 30 secs. They were super quick, super friendly, and able to help me with everything I asked!

I spoke with Chloe Smith and she was very polite, professional and helpful.
She made the whole process very simple and easy to do.

I've used QDOS for various insurance policies to cover my contract business over the years. I've always found them really helpful and professional. I've recently closed my company after many years, so had to discuss ongoing cover for possible future HMRC investigations. Danielle went through all the implications of cancelling each policy and I found her knowledge of these things very reassuring. I had a specific question to ask the insurer regarding the cover as requested by one of the companies I would be providing my services to.

I got to speak to an actual person - Harlie - who was able to answer my question and email the contract wording to me directly that covered the specific point. I was then able to send this directly to the customer.

QDOS have provide me insurance for past 5+ years and always been helpful with questions and clarification. Only once have I had to use them and that was a group communication not a claim. Efficient service always for renewals and this year was the same from Harlie McKeown.
