I was referred to Q Financial Service initially by a friend. I was searching for a buy to let mortgage and was extremely happy with the mortgage offer that was found for me.

I liaised directly with Simon originally, then was transferred to Kirsty once mortgage offer was secured.

Throughout the process, I found Q Financial Services to be very responsive to any queries (big or small), they explained every step perfectly without all the technical jargon, so I knew what was going on at each stage.

My requirements weren’t exactly simple from the off, but Q Financial Services have extremely diligent Individuals working for them who did not miss a single thing I asked for.

The ‘after sales’ customer support was absolutely spot on too. They went above and beyond to chase through the completion of my mortgage and even helped unblock issues that my solicitor was facing!

I will never use anyone else to find me mortgages and I couldn’t recommend them enough.

Some of the best customer service I have ever experienced, extremely good value for money, I have used Q for two buy-to-let mortgages and they have found me the best rates, made everything easy to understand, helped me secure the loans and nothing has been too much trouble for Simon or Kirsty thanks both!!
