Obvious scam

content like "FREE GIFT CARDS", and "give us your personal information" is 100% a dead giveaway. They don't even try to hide it
Garbage UI/UX
I've just spent 10 minutes trying to figure out how to accept a shared survey. This website is beyond frustrating to use and as soon as this shared survey is sorted for work, I will strongly suggest that we never ever use Qualtrics.
25 minutes survey was completed
25 minutes survey was completed. Was then served a message "We had such a great response and have already completed enough surveys..."
Dishonest and a waste of time.
I got an invitation to do a 10 minute survey for E-Trade and once complete would get an Amazon gift card. 10 minutes into the survey I get this:
Thank you for your interest in this study. Unfortunately, based on your responses, we are unable to include you in this research study and you do not qualify to receive the $5 Amazon Gift card code.
However, at E*TRADE, we truly value the opinions of our customers and regularly conduct research studies to help ensure the products and services we provide give our users what they need to become successful investors. We hope that you will be able to participate in one of our future research studies.
Thank you for being a valued E*TRADE customer.

Have to agree with all the bad reviews
Have to agree with all the bad reviews. They are a waste of time and thieves. If they pay 1 /10 reviews done that is giving them praise where it is not due. Avoid. I will close all reviews offered by them from now on.

This survey panel is the worst panel I ever encountered, they cheat, they lie and they are taking your time..when they said it’s 10 min it means 40 min.when you are finish with your survey they redirect you to another survey and disqualify you so cheater.it happened to me 28 times and now I am so fed up.also their surveys are sooooooo boring.i hope you will be bankrupt.from now on when I see that it’s qualtrics I will never take their survey anymore....I am so upset of you!!!!!!
totally unprofessional operation
After many baffling customer service failures . I asked how to make a complaint. They are literally ignoring me. I have asked 4 times over a week how to make a complaint - no reply. What a totally unprofessional operation. It is quite ironic given that they deal with customer feedback research that they themselves are unresponsive and apparently DO NOT HAVE A COMPLAINTS PROCESS
This survey company doesn't pay their…
This survey company doesn't pay their survey takers. They are falsely advertising. They collect 95 percent of the answers to their questions, then all of the "sudden" their survey won't advance to the next page and you can't go forward or backward and you lose your reward, "conveniently". Every time I've taken a survey powered by them, this has happened. I think it's disgusting these people do this to people especially during this COVID-19 when times are hard on people. This company is a RIP off for not only companies who hire them, but also for the survey takers as well. They are a disgrace and should be ashamed of themselves. If you see a survey powered by them RUN!
We have integrated a lot of third party…
We have integrated a lot of third party services, such as Emarsys, Mailchimp, Google Ads, Facebook ads. Qualtrics is the worst. They will put a penalty on your API if you exceed the rate without notifying you. We have to Email and call them arranged meeting with their dev, then their dev told us they have throttled our API. Their services are very expensive but they are not very professional.
"Flexible" platform = emperors new clothes
I'm a small-business requiring unique program solutions and looking for an evaluation platform. Their ask-price for their platform is on the high-side, but there's a premium on good analytics. They sold their platform well with the templates and widget that they showed me we impressive. So I gave it try. The problem: what they called "flexible" and "adaptable" really meant that I had to build my own dashboard. Perhaps a large business has resources for this, but not me (or, I think, any small organization). I eventually figured out that I was left naked like the emperor--sold an empty idea with substance. That was six months ago, my platform is now disabled, and I still haven't received a refund.
Absolutely shocking, disgusting, unprofessional, rip off, con artists
Initially quoted $1500 over the phone subject to a demo call. The demo was not attended by Qualtircs, i had to chase them to book another demo.
The demo took about 1 hour, agent was more interested on how much budget we had rather than anything else.
After the demo, Qualtrics came back with a quote for $4000-$6000 with no explanation on price increase. When questioned they replied by completely mis-representing the conversation we had on the demo. They also said that they will no longer be wanting to do business, simply because i questioned their pricing and lack of pricing breakdown.
We operate in a regulated industry, i am not used to dealing with such unprofessional agents before. i.e. refusing to provide price breakdowns and refusing to do business when you question them. Absolutely disgusting.
Novice intake Sales Team; Aggressive and Tacky
Asked for Demo; my company leverages many of these types of technology providers for some very large companies; highly sought after logos. Went the generic route requesting a demo online vs. reaching out to their sales execs which I usually do. Bad idea; the guy that followed up didn't seem interested in my company or our value prop and how we could leverage their software for clients. Wanted to know if I could be a "reseller" or add them as part of our product suite? Neither until I know more about the product and if see them as worthwhile to explore for possible opportunities. Then he said "the sales team won't even return your call unless they know they can close on something and won't set up a demo." I was done. BIG mistake on your part. Use car salesmen have more finesse and polish. Told them not a cultural fit. Train your intake sales people; they are your front lines and set the tone for your company. This left bad taste in my mouth and will make sure I share my thoughts with anyone else who asks me about Qualtrics.
I consider QUALTRICS one of the…
I consider QUALTRICS one of the worst-ever experiences I've had on the Internet. Not only do they lie through their teeth when they claim a Rite Aid survey takes two minutes - when it's impossible to finish it in less than 30 to 45 minutes - but when you try to contact them there's nobody there, even the emails sent to them are returned as undeliverable! What a horrible scamming experience we had! I suppose it's best NEVER TO DO SURVEYS, or to get paid in advance - and, most important, when you read "two minutes survey," that survey could go on with more and more questions for almost an indefinite time! We are also going to avoid shopping at Rite Aid (there are other similar stores) indefinitely to make up for the "damage" (indirectly or directly) brought upon us by Rite Aid also!
Oh wow, what a bad service!
Oh wow, what a bad sales service! I was trying to contact them for sales inquiry and after one interaction they just ghosted! Not going back here again asking for help.
I contacted Qualtrics for quotation and…
I contacted Qualtrics for quotation and was scheduled a call. It turned out that that call was just about Qualtrics doing a survey one me, asking me a series of questions (such as are you considering another research company too etc) . It was not at all about the client's need of getting a quote.
Then I was told if i needed a quote another the team would contact me the next day. I was not happy at all but still agreed with that and requested a 10 am call, the lady said "sorry the team is busy, but they can do 9AM, the first thing in the morning".
This very first interaction already killed trust and obviously shows the company's non client-centric practice. And guess what I decided to go with another company without even having that second quotation call with Qualtrics. Simple.
360 reviews NOT anonymous!!!
The results of the 360 Qualtrics review are absolutely NOT anonymous - it is false advertising!!! I work in Spain, and I am the only english speaker in my team. I completed the 360 review in English (as it was offered in English), and all my collegues received the results as written (it had not been translated as I had been led to believe - I even emailed Qualtrics before completing the review to ask this questions, but received no response, but as they verify on their website that all results are anonymous, I assumed my comments would be translated to Spanish), definitely not the case. I work for a global bank and have asked human resources not to use this company again for 360 reviews.
Beware their email surveys
First of all, I have never used Qualtrics. But I received the following email from them:
Dear California Voter,
Join thousands of other Californians who have already participated in this survey. It is about some of the most important issues facing California today. Make your voice heard! Thank you,
I realize that this was sent on behalf of a client. Yet, Qualtrics has a responsibility to tell me what information gets clandestinely gathered if I click on the link. It has a responsibility to provide a privacy and security statement. It should insist that anyone using their mail server identify themselves in the email.
Finally, there should be a way of contacting Qualtrics regarding such a problem. Yet the only choice on their Website is to have sales contact me, assumedly to sell me their product, or tech support in case said product didn't work.
In the increasingly dangerous arena of the Internet, who with any intelligence would dare to click on such a link?
Beyond impressed!
I have never worked with a company that has this impressive of customer service. I've built multiple surveys and have tons of questions and they are so patient and helpful. I would recommend this site over any others. Is nice to know you can get an issue fixed with one phone call and in a matter of just few minutes.
Qualtrics
Great products, and service, for research and site intercept.
Qualtrics for online survey research
I enjoy using Qualtrics for survey research, and also use it for creating smart, interactive forms for people to complete online. It's got a lot of programability, and it's extensible with CSS, and Javascript. If you are an SPSS user, you will love the binary SPSS files you can download directly and have all missing values and labels already defined. Also, Qualtrics has an integrated mailer which will track your surveys in such a way that it's always convenient to send reminders (or thank you messages) to all non-respondents (or respondents).
