Phenomenal products with top-notch customer service!

If you collect any kind of data directly from people, Qualtrics is your industry standard. Qualtrics is always looking for ways to help research professionals do their job better. Their survey insights platform is an indispensable part of my day-to-day work, and it is a pleasure to use. It is intuitive and simple, but also powerful.

Outstsanding

We use Qualtrics for market research and performance management and I can recommend them 100%, their support is truly amazing and always helpful, friendly and all issues are resolved in a timely manner. The research suite is easy to learn and navigate and the support team will help you learn, there is a library of useful videos for the beginners on how to use the system. My only negative is that the support does not operate on a Sunday and as we are a company in the Middle East sometimes we need support on a Sunday, apart from this Qualtrics is a brand that feels like an extension of your company and the levels of service and support are 100% and on par with Apple,

I would recommend Qualtrics

For anyone who is serious about doing internal or external surveys (employee satisfaction, NPS, customer satisfaction, etc) I highly recommend Qualtrics as the platform to use. It's quick to learn, easy to understand and their customer service is outstanding.

Qualtrics is the starting point of building great things...

Qualtrics is more than a survey engine. It provides an open platform for connecting people and systems with data to tell the story of each business. The ease of use for beginners coupled with the flexibility for more complex solutions for experienced developers makes it worth considering for a variety of situations. All this plus the added benefits of responsive design and muti-platform deployment place Qualtrics at the top of my list of SaaS multimedia tools.

Above and Beyond

Qualtrics has been one of the best experiences for data collection. The ease of set-up, the fabulous support, creativity and their first-class customer support has been such an awesome experience. Because we serve the mental health/substance abuse/IDD communities, the voice of our clients is important for identification of gaps and our quest for service excellence, and Qualtrics is playing a very important role to ensure they are heard.

Good survey platform and great customer support

My team uses Qualtrics frequently for creating and distributing surveys to our network. The platform is easy to use and has most of the features in place that we need. Downloading results from the system can be a bit tricky, since we are based in Europe and the export function is more geared to the US. However, the most notable part of Qualtrics is the Customer Support team - they attend to queries immediately, providing invaluable assistance, with detailed answers including screenshots and videos to help us. They are a fabulous team, can't rate them highly enough :)

I miss the old Qualtrics...

Just don't feel we get the same attention that we did before your last investment round... Customer service is still great, but there are a lot of new inexperienced employees may not have the appreciate for us old folks that have been with Qualtrics since the yearly years.

We have been using QUALTRICS for several years across our entire campus community . . . from seasoned researchers to novice students. It is focused on survey; it is focused on the collection of quality information; it is focused on the logical and artistic presentation of results. So, its product is truly stellar. Qualtrics is an excellent company!

I am the Qualtrics brand administrator for our university. Qualtrics is an excellent company. Their customer service is extremely fast and friendly. Their online resources of videos and tutorials are very helpful. Qualtrics is an amazing tool with advanced capabilities that works well in higher education. If all companies were run like Qualtrics the world would be a better place.

Great product and exceptional service

I've used a lot of survey platforms, and also created some myself back in the olden days. Qualtrics has a lot of power and flexibility. What sets Qualtrics apart, however, is the service. It is exceptional. I have never had better experiences with help for a product. The people at the other end of the phone are not only very nice, but very knowledgable. They figure out my issues (and they are usually complicated ones) and not only tell me how to accomplish what I need, but often will stay on the phone while I try it out. I hope they pay the phone support people a lot, because they obviously are at the top of the field not only in product knowledge, but customer service.

Product is full featured; customer service is excellent.

Title says it all. We are relatively new users, but in the short time we've been using Qualtrics it already surpassed what we were able to do in a year with our previous platform. And with a nice bunch of people, too.

All that matters is improving lives of the disadvantaged

I researched 'survey' platforms for over 12 months before deciding to take on board Qualtrics. I'm only a small firm - but we have a huge impact working in the Disability Sector and Health Sector. Using Qualtrics I've been able to design appraisal programs that are suitable for participants to complete. This means that people with disability (and their carers) at long last can have a say on the services they need.
The assistance from Qualtrics has been unbelievably professional and value add.
What more can you do when you know you will positively impact lives.

The best customer service!

Qualtrics has the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. They are very responsive, knowledgeable and went the extra mile by pointing out some ways I could improve my surveys.
