I ordered an Open Box - Kuat Piston Pro X - 2" Hitch Bike Rack. Rackup+Go stated the rack was in excellent condition. However, I was a bit concerned about this on multiple levels. A quick call to a qualified/dedicated Rackup+Go representative calmed my fears. I made the jump and ordered the Open Box. It arrived 3 days later with tracking notifications from Fedex as well as Rackup+Go keeping me apprised of its travel overland.

The box was a bit dinged up when it was delivered. After opening the box I was happy to find the bike rack not in excellent condition but in "NEW" condition. All parts were included and there was not one imperfection on the bike rack.

I bought a bike carrier at a discount because of a damaged box. The damage inside was beyond use. to make a long story short these folks were very easy to work with and fired out a refund while the damage claim were being worked out.

Did well and got product to me fast, however when I received bad screws and reached out by email, there was no reply back, it’s been 5-6 days now. Considering I needed this product by a certain date for a camping trip and there has been no attempt to reach back to me to rectify the situation I’m not appreciative of. My friend gifted me the water tank portion, which also was missing the fitting and tank caps. He was successful in obtaining those bits in time. I purchased the mounts and water accessories separately. The mounts which contained the screws I had an issue with. One of four of the screws that’s used for mounting the metal bracket on two brackets looks like to me were machined incorrectly. If I wasn’t planning on off roading with this product it wouldn’t have been an issue but in this case it was. A prompt email would of been great but I only received a reply after I gave an honest review here.

More affordable price with Thule easy fold XT 2 --same product as other more expensive websites. Easy ordering, delivery and set up. Loved this for transporting our 2 Rad city step through commuter bikes. Would recommend Rack up and go.

Everything as advertised. All the pieces are included, winch is brand new. Box was completely crap, but it's the contents that matter. Will be installing it soon on the Rubicon.
