Best AC unit on the market!
So glad I finally put an AC unit in my van and I went with the best on the market. Was recommended by a friend and the unit cools quickly and efficiently, requiring minimal power usage. The owners are great and helped with any questions or concerns I had before purchasing. Only regret is not buying this sooner.

Rackup+Go was very helpful and responsive during my product selection. I purchased 2 units and one was damaged on arrival. Rackup+Go responded with a new unit arriving before I got the old one sent out, GREAT JOB !! I would give 5 stars but they have little or no technical support on the product I purchased. But they did what they could to help, great company.

5 stars but minus one because of packaging
I thought the experience was 5 stars but lost a point because the tape on one side of the box was old, brittle and almost completely peeled off. I'm lucky that the contents didn't fall out. Please check before you send out.

The Thule Access was missing the Keys…
The Thule Access was missing the Keys and the wrench for securing the unit to my vehicle. I contacted the Support person Zack and he started working on a solution. After a couple of days I contacted THule direct to ask them how they handle the problem and they shipped me the missing items. I informed Zack that Thule was shipping me the missing items and he credited me for my inconvience.
