What a dreadful service
What a service. I originally spoke to a brilliant person via their chat facility. Because of that I ordered some goods worth nearly £400. I was then assured they would be delivered today(Monday 17th). the goods have failed to turn up, the transport company APC(totally useless) told me after i tracked the van to less than 5 minutes from me and then drove past my address and was miles away, that they weren’t making anymore deliveries today! I then called Radiatorworld and couldn't understand the first person i spoke to and then spoke to someone who wouldn't listen to me and kept going over the same old rubbish about it was going to be delivered(despite me telling her it wasn’t as I’d spoken to the delivery company) and that it was going to be before 4.30pm. All i wanted was for them to get on to the suppliers to tell the delivery company to assure it would be delivered tomorrow. I gave up as she wouldn't listen. Never again, very disappointed that she basically couldn't care less.

Purchased 3 towel radiators on-line
Purchased 3 towel radiators on-line, radiators were delivered within a few days. The boxes showed no signs of damage when I inspected them on delivery. Since these were heavy items and chrome I didn’t remove the packaging until I needed to fit them. The rads were polythene wrapped and double boxed. When I removed the radiators they were bent, dented and scratched. This must have happened pre packaging. Radiator World have told me that they have a strict policy on time to report damage and were unwilling to assist me further. They have offered me a small discount to re-buy the units. Poor customer service, poor quality goods.

Website easy to navigate. Delivery notification accurate.
Prompt delivery. Very pleased with the product . However delivery company did not give me chance to ask if they would put package in the garage. It was too heavy for me to lift on my own so had to wait till I could find someone to help. I did find someone but the package was left by the front door until evening. Thankfully the area is fairly quiet but I was nervous that it might get stolen.
