Love both of the products I’ve bought from them (MagSafe charger stand and desk shelf). They are exceedingly well made for the price. If you are considering grovemade but don’t like the price point, consider Raico. Really loving what they are offering.

I spent way too long looking for a vertical laptop stand that didn’t look cheap, overly “techy”, or out of place on a clean white desk setup. This one finally nailed it.

The matte white finish looks fantastic in person, the materials feel genuinely premium, and the whole stand has a reassuring weight and solidity to it. Small detail, but the merino wool lining is also a very nice touch.

Rare case where a desk accessory actually makes the setup feel calmer and more refined instead of more cluttered. Very happy with it.

Love the product, and the fact that it was priced better than the more over-priced competitor. Taking off a star for 2 reasons: (1) Product came over in an oversized box that was double the size of the product's packaging. Probably could've shipped in the products packaging to save a few $$$. And (2) QC issue: one of the screws for the rail system was not screwed in completely, thus preventing one of the purchased accessories from sliding the full width of the shelf.

I should of ordered from Balolo their products come with high end quality and precision. The video advertise shown is misleading. It had allen keys which can adjust it.
That was my main reason to purchase this was a simple fixed plate and wasn't glued down properly either so it has a little play and slanted. Still makes a good book holder. Will go to balolo next time.

It is really good dock for large momitors. Easy to assemble like 10 min however after assembly it has a tiny bit balance problem one edge stand little bit up

Fantastic products, great website and brilliant service.
I bought from Raico because they provide the modular design I wanted in white. One of the only good brands I could find in the UK, and the other main brands focus on darker woods.
The selection of products is perfect. The quality of the items and the design are lovely, to the small Raico emblem underneath the cockpit, everything feels quality. I received my order within days, and packaging was great. No damage or issues.
All in all, I’m really pleased, and I’ll always look for add-ons to the modular set up if they design anything further.

The quality of the Desk Shelf V2 Cockpit is amazing. The walnut finish is a great shade and the craftsmanship is top notch. I like being able to choose the side of the desk the shelf would sit on and the rail system is an added bonus. I also purchased the phone/tablet holder, valet tray, and laptop holder just because of how good the quality of the desk shelf was. I needed a replacement leg for the original shelf since the middle leg was drilled upside down. Reached out to Raico and received an immediate response. They were extremely helpful and sent out a replacement leg right away. I was even more surprised to find that they shipped it out all the way from London over to the US and it arrived within the week! Amazing customer service and quality of the product. Would highly recommend buying from them!

The craftsmanship and design are beautiful and it fits perfectly in my space. There was a small flaw on arrival, but the team responded quickly (just a day's time), proposed a fair solution, and even helped with delivering a small gift item I had forgotten to include in the original order. That kind of service goes a long way!

I’d give it a solid 4.8 stars, just accounting for the minor defect. Definitely looking forward to getting a few add-ons from them later on.

Overall good. The products seem to be of high quality and shipping was relatively fast.
Two minor complaints:
1. My order was for some reason split into two packages that were shipped separated, which made tracking pretty confusing.
2. The desk shelf had a few small scratches. Fortunately not in any spots were they will be visible when I use the shelf, but still a bit disappointing considering the price.
