Customer service was great updating my order on my request where I made a mistake when I selected the wrong size, this was rectified within minutes.

Easy to order , shelf arrived as described and packaged well - a great product and completed my desk setup.

I have been looking for a good desk shelf for a very long time as I was used to seeing Grovemade shelves on lots of desk setup videos. So glad to come across Raico! Speedy delivery and it was easy to assemble. Looks so nice on desk, looking to purchase the desk try next.

Seamless process to order & great unboxing experience at an afforadble price. Having ordered a Raico desk shelf for my wifes desk setup, I had to order it for mine when I was ready. The products are great qaulity and affordable compared to competitors out there. Also their customer is really good. Would highly recommend buying their products :)

FYI I purchased the large walnut desk shelf, the aluminium shelf tray and the catchall tray. All look so nice and are functional on my desk.

I bought one of their items and was so happy with it I splashed out on more. After a few issues I spoke to Ash and I have to say the customer service was amazing. I got my item the next day and the quailty blew me away. Highly recommended

Ordered the large desk shelf with tray to match and I was not disappointed! The quality of the products are incredible. I searched long and hard, scouring the likes of Amazon and Ikea and there is nothing close to the style and quality of Raico products. They are solid, weighty and exceptionally well-designed so I was happy to pay the price.

I had no problem with my delivery but I think its a tad unfair to mark the company down due to issues with an outsourced delivery company.

Highly recommended! Looking forward to seeing further products from the Raico Store.
