Decided to sell my N Gauge locos and made an enquiry. Swift response with very reasonable offer. They arranged transport from my location and after assessing, contacted me and the deal was done. A superb service and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone. In fact I already have!

Item was very well packaged, arrived next day as promised and was the best price I could find. Faultless.

Great service from this company. I dealt with Jake who was friendly polite and informative. I had some locomotives to sell, I was offered a good price which I accepted. Quick efficient turnaround from me sending the locomotives to the money in the bank. I highly recommend this company.

Dissapointed in their less than fair offer to purchase my unused as new OO gauge locos. After reading their literature bigging up about them offering fair prices etc, I sent them details of around 6 locos (inc a pristine unused Accurascale Manor Class Dcc with sound) all of which were unused in like new condition and in undamaged original packaging. I was shocked to see they offered me less for all of them than the price they are asking for a single used Accurascale Manor class currently advertised on their website, therefore, in effect they were getting pure profit on the other 5 locos, which is just plain greedy. . Glad I was not desperate to sell them...

Great communication, very helpful and very prompt and very fair payment. I was selling my late Father's collection. They even arranged Parcelforce pickup from my house - amazing!

A very professional company with a "can-do" attitude. I wished to sell a large railway collection, they immediately said "no problem we can give you a price". There was constant communication by email. They gave a very fair price based on a loco list (plus some general info) and stood by it after collecting the collection and scrutinising it. The money was in the bank within hours. No hassle! Very pleased.

This was a really easy to use site. I was able to find and identify nearly all of my Dad's 40 year old railway collection. I provided them with a list and they responded immediately confirming that they would be interested in purchasing. I dealt with Ben who quickly provided an estimate of possible worth. I was happy to proceed with this and the models all boxed up and ready to ship. Rails collected the collection the following week. I was very surprised to get confirmation of what they would pay for it within two days, which I accepted. This was then paid directly into my bank account. Throughout the whole time they were very helpful and professional and friendly. I would recommend their high quality service to anyone thinking of selling their collection.

Someone will then contact you with a price. If you accept the offer then they will arrange a convenient date for the items to be collected by courier or you can drop off your items at the shop. Once received they quickly contact you to confirm the offer and if you agree will then make payment. I have used Rails at least 5 times now and have had nothing but a positive experience. Well done.
