I went to this place and they shaved my dog on her belly and it was shaved so badly
my dog had servere redness and some cuts I had to take her to the vet as she was in pain on top of that I found this place to be very dirty I think if a health inspector went there they would be in serious troubleI only asked them to wash her cut her nails and trim her around her bottom I will never take my dog back she was highly stressed out after paying $85 I was stressed that my dog went threw that

Stole our money! Husband ordered something for my bridthay back in November 2019 and never received it. Tried contacting them several times, no response. Scamming thieves.

Ordered in December, never received a proof or the actual picture! Website now says that they're, "Down for scheduled maintenance. We will be up and running shortly."
I want my money back!!!!

Ordered a picture in October, 2019 for Christmas. Received the proof 3 weeks later. No picture. No one to contact. What a scam! If I could give 0 stars I would.

I am so mad about this. I ordered the weekend of Thanksgiving as a gift for my sister in law. I received my proof almost three weeks later after I sent countless emails, messages through their website and facebook. I decided two weeks ago to finally call my bank and make a claim after I saw they took their facebook page down and their website is "under construction". Well my bank isn't going to issue a refund unless I can show proof of when the order was suppose to be delievered. Which I don't have because they never stated when my order would ship. I know it said it on their website, but I can't get to that now. This is bogus. Truly a bunch of Scammers.

Same!! Ordered 2 portraits on Christmas day, was sent proofs on 1/17/20. I approved and have heard nothing from them since even though they took the payment out almost immediately. I had also tried to reach out via email and Facebook with no luck.

Another NO STARreview from me. Ordered in November, received a proof, made corrections, then nothing. No refund, no contact at all. Clearly a scam. No response to the Better Business Bureau. Hope the local District Attorney goes after them criminally!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered a print in December and they immediately took my money. After several months of me asking for an update via email, Facebook, Instagram, AND their website, I finally contacted my bank because not one person at “RealPetArt” could be bothered to answer me. They have since deleted their Facebook, deleted Instagram, and their website says “down for scheduled maintenance”. They are clearly out to scam who knows how many people. I could understand if they were simply overwhelmed and RESPONDED to emails saying things were taking longer than expected, but that’s not the case. They took my money, ignored me, and never sent my print. This is a terrible, terrible “company”. Absolute garbage.

I placed an order in November for a large canvas as a Christmas gift for a close friend. At first, there was correspondence from their end, but it eventually stopped. After literally 2 months of not hearing anything, (and it being well past the holidays), I reached out two more times via email with no response. When they were actually corresponding in the months prior, I did reach out via Facebook for a few quick questions (you know, like, what is my order number? Can I get a purchase confirmation email at LEAST?). I went back to that same Facebook thread and guess what! Their FB page has been deleted. I tried their website to see if I could track the order...and guess what!! Their website is down for "maintenance."

No communication, no refund, no delivery. You're better off taking 2 months of your time to paint it yourself than rely on this company.

I ordered in November. After giving them extra time because of the holidays, I sent multiple emails inquiring about my proof. They then sent me an accusatory email stating that I had not responded to their multiple emails. This is unequivocally untrue. They sent the proof. I approved the proof, but have yet to receive my prints and the jpeg I ordered. I am highly disappointed. This is a scam.

Like others on this thread, I ordered in November and have not received the product. They did however send an email with the proof in January after I emailed them..then, crickets.
Just curious if anyone else received a proof.

I ordered in November and never received anything. I have been emailing and nothing. I went to check the website today and it's down. This place is a scam....SCAM!!!

I ordered in December and still nothing. I've emailed twice and never get a response. This is either a scam or a terribly managed company with no customer service. Lesson learned.

i ordered on thanksgiving. I understood it was taking a little longer maybe due to holidays, but i contacted politely because they never even gave me an order number and was charged. Received an email from them responding to a different customer (to my email), then they finally sent me my “proof” on december 20th. Mid January i began to contact again since i hadn’t received the order. i still have gotten no responses and it is mid february now. keep in mind i ordered thanksgiving. Even if there was an issue with production or it was just going to take a while that’s ok... (bad business model but ok) but to get NO responses??? this wasn’t a cheap purchase.

Absolutely horrible, I messaged them inquiring about my order and never received responses. I finally managed to get someone on Facebook messenger who said he can expedite the order. The next day I was blocked by the company and any posts I sent were immediately taken down. it took months to get my money back through a credit card dispute. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Also scammed. No replies to emails no artwork nothing. I can't track down the charge on my card though to dispute it (I know it's there somewhere), can anyone tell me what this showed up on as their credit card bill as?

Scammed just like everyone else. I ordered Dec 2019 and still haven't heard back or received a proof or item. Reported to BBB.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Was ignored for several weeks after multiple emails concerning my order. Do not buy from realpetart they will scam you. I agree they should be sued.
