Never came, I was scammed just like everyone else and also had to tell family members I had nothing to give them for Christmas this year. I reported it to my credit card company, but I truly hope this company gets sued. There’s no excuse for this and the lack of response to my emails I’ve sent over the last two months is infuriating.

We placed an order on Black Friday 2019 and never received the product. They have taken our money and ignored our requests for either the product or our money back.

I ordered mid-November hoping for Christmas delivery. It's now the beginning of February and I still haven't received anything. I've emailed but have received no response. I see from other reviews that I'm not the only one disappointed and will have to dispute the charges they put on my card in Nov.

Ordered 7 pics Dec 3rd no pics also. Others complaining even

Not sure if it’s an outright scam, but they certainly didn’t have enough manpower to handle holiday orders (why advertise so aggressively on social media if you can’t deliver?). Very slow to respond with proofs, and when I finally did approve a proof (which btw looked like basic photoshop work), I never heard back about delivery.

They shouldn't even receive 1 star. Every one needs to be warned that this is a scam!
Placed an order at the end of November with the intention of it being a Christmas present. Never received a proof. Received an email addressed with the wrong name and then another apologizing that they'd addressed me with the wrong name stating I would see my proof soon. It is almost February and I still haven't seen a proof or had any response to my repeated emails yet they definitely took my money. With all of the other comments basically saying the same thing, I hope this company or whoever is responsible is prosecuted.

Just like everyone else here - no response to multiple emails and DM's. The website is back on line now - going to my bank to dispute the charge now.

Ordered from them on 12/2/19. Over $100 order. They have not sent my portraits. I have attempted to contact them 8 times via email.. no replies. I checked them out on BBB and there is a string of complaints on them for the same issues I have experienced. I will be contacting my credit card company for a transaction reversal. This business has all the earmarks of a Scam.

I may be the only person on here who actually RECIEVED a product, however, it was NOT what I had ordered. I spent over $200 to get 4 canvases, and they sent me two prints. The quality was okay, but nothing like what I had ordered. I had asked for extras for each picture, and it did not happen..nothing came in time for Christmas, it wasn't until AFTER I complained to the Better Business Bureau. I have emailed several times and heard nothing back. While I feel very lucky to have at least received SOMETHING, I still feel very scammed, and it was not worth the money that I paid. I will be filing a case with my credit card company, and would love to be included if this becomes a class action lawsuit.

If I could give -100 stars, I would. Just like everyone else, I received a proof and then nothing after that. I ordered it in November. It's January 28th. Their website is gone and I can no longer send messages to them on FB. I filed a fraud complaint with Wells Fargo and thankfully, they're refunding me and taking care of it. If anyone files a suit, let me know. I'll be happy to oblige. I JUST WANTED A CUTE PAINTING OF MY DOG FOR MY HUSBAND'S BIRTHDAY. JEEZ.

I submitted my picture in mid-November, got the proof within a week and the painting came December 17th. Very satisfied. I ordered another one on January 5th and have heard nothing - no proof, no response to emails, nothing. I think the company couldn't handle the holiday orders. I don't want to dispute the charge for the Jan 5th order with my credit card but I'm worried I may have to.

So glad to hear I’m not the only one. I ordered on December 1st, didn’t hear anything until my proof on December 20th. I wasn’t overly impressed but approved it anyway because I wanted to get the gift I had ordered for my boyfriend. Now we are at the end of January, they won’t return any emails, I can’t find a phone number to save my life. They cheated me out of money and I’m so upset. Completely ripped me off.

Took forever to receive a proof and once I did it was blurry so I asked if I should send a better quality photo and heard nothing. I've emailed several times and have received no answers. Website no longer exists, and there's no phone number either. Real elaborate scam. I'm not one who normally falls for it, but they got me this time!

Same review as everyone else. I have sent over 10 emails and DMd them on Instagram. I placed my order on December 2nd, finally after weeks of waiting, received my proof on December 23rd, accepted my proof, and haven’t heard back since! No one ever replied to my numerous messages, and no shipping confirmation has been sent. Such a scam!!!

Update: their website is currently offline!!! Company is for sure a scam.

Company is TRASH. Good luck settling all of these claims in court suckas

Never delivered item! They're con artists!

I do NOT recommend this company. I ordered an 8x10 and a mug. They sent me a proof which did not include the entire costume that I ordered. They sent the proof again with the correct costume but the picture of my cats face was blurry. Now they will not respond to my emails, they don't answer their phone and their address is a post office address. It's been 51 days since I ordered (so much for their advertisement stating they gave a faster turn-around than other companies!). It looks like I lost my $70+. I would highly recommend you use Crown and Paw. I had great customer service and results with them!

I can’t even give them 1 star. I ordered Dec 7th. Did receive a profit by the 20th. Reached out to them via Facebook because I couldn’t get a response from the contact us. They responded right away and apologize stating they were having problems w their contact us link. Within 2 hours I got a proof to approve. I loved the prof so was excited to get the canvas. I approved it and still haven’t received it. When I try to contact them on Facebook I get a error message now saying that they are unavailable. Going to the bank today to file a dispute on the charge. Very disappointed!!!!! It’s a shame I didn’t see these reviews before ordering. They had good Facebook reviews but I see all reviews have been removed.

One star isnt even acceptable.
This company needs held accountable for all the money that they have ripped off from people.
I'm game to file a class action law suit.
