At this point, I am rating a 3 as my order is not yet complete. However, the service has been good so far. I ordered Nov 24th. In Dec, I reached out throught the "contact us" link on the website and asked for an update. Dec 7th I was notified of heavy order volume and potential longer than normal turnaround time. The Dec 7th email included a salutation to Denese. I not Denese. Unprompted, they emailed the next day and apologized for emailing me with the wrong name and assured me they do have my correct name and order. I received my proof on Dec 20th, submitted edits immediately, and received a correction proof with my requested edits within 24 hours. Yes, I am disappointed with the wait. However, I ordered during the holidays, they responded to my request for an update, sent me a proof, and edited my proof quickly and accurately. I am willing to be patient a bit longer.

Like everyone else, I purchased before the holidays intending to gift it as a Christmas present. No product, 7 weeks later. I have emailed several times and they do NOT respond!!!! It would have been different if they would have been upfront with the delays, but they will NOT respond to anything. I've disputed with my credit card company and awaiting a refund through them. NOT RECOMMENDED!!!

Same as everyone. I was scammed and left without a Christmas gift for my in-laws.

Just like everyone else, ordered around holidays and was ghosted. Am currently filing a dispute with my credit card.

I placed my order November 25, 2019.
To date I have not received it.
They sent me 2 emails minutes apart on December 23, 2019 saying they have been trying to contact me to approve the proof with no response from me, however I never received any emails prior to those 2 on December 23, 2019.
Either way, on December 23, 2019 I approved the proof but have heard nothing since.
I’ve emailed them several times with no response.
This place is a complete scam.
If anyone files a class action lawsuit, please include me.

THIS IS A SCAM!!! they create fake profiles on facebook to leave positive reviews in order to lure in buyers. they have 0 customer service agents. they lie to your face. they take your money and run. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE!!!! BAD BAD BAD! I ordered mine end of nov. I figured ok maybe it'll take some time considering its around christmas. its freaking JAN 13TH AND NOTHING!!!! completed ruined christmas!!!

They are a scam - file a claim with your credit card company and get refunded. Apparently many other companies saying they make these pet portraits are scams too.

However, I got a MUCH better product (and way faster) by having a designer on Fiverr (shoutout to Nudratdesigner, she did amazing) make the image and having it printed at Walmart. I had it in under a week. Thought I’d share since I was in the position of being scammed and needing a Christmas gift in a pinch.

Absolutely horrible - I ordered on December 15th and have yet to hear a word from them. I have emailed twice asking when I will receive a proof - still nothing. The only thing they have done is collected my money! SCAM! I reported them to the Better Business Bureau

Ordered through them in November, and never received even a proof. Communication has been non-existent, save for 2 instances in the beginning, assuring me that the proof was on its way. Tried to contact through Facebook messenger and through email a multitude of times. After I became suspicious, I started doing some digging and it appears that this is an elaborate scam. No results for their claimed copyright through library of congress searches or the DMCA database, no records found through the Florida department of state, address listed does not lead to an actual business, no phone number to contact, etc. I hope that this can turn into legal action at some point. I have filed a report with the FTC, GoDaddy, CloudFlare, the credit card companies, and so on.

I ordered my art close to two months ago. I have emailed, to no avail. I am not only frustrated I am very upset. At this point I just want my money back and I’ll send my business else where. This is my final straw, I’m about to take legal action.

Nonexistent customer service & products

I ordered an item from them in November, received a proof in early December which I approved, and since then, NOTHING! Despite multiple attempts to contact them and the fact that they took my money, I have no product and no responses.

Filing a formal complaint with the BBB and trying to get my money back. Disappointed as this was supposed to be a holiday gift and it was not cheap.

I also ordered a print for Christmas gift on December 7th, never seen 1 proof, they have not responded to any of the 100 emails I sent. I have already filed fraud charges thru cc company!! They are on it! If anyone is interested I ended up going to Shutterfly, they do have a phone number and tell you when you should expect your package. Although it is not a painted print but still looks very nice. And better yet, they are a reputable company!! All I can say is Karma!

Same as everyone else. Ordered Nov 29th. Proof took two weeks, approved the second I saw the email, then nothing. Reached out to them 4 times using the online form, no replies. No Facebook presence, no twitter presence, no phone number, the addresses listed on the page when viewed on Google Maps is just an empty road. Please do not do business with this company.

I am having the same experience as the other reviewers. Ordered on Dec. 2nd, approved art Dec. 20th - after several attempts to contact have not heard back from them. I understand holidays being busy. And I can handle not having the gifts under tree. But tell me something! I paid the day I ordered, I think they shouldn’t charge the customer until item is sent. And if they can’t fill the order in a timely fashion then be honest. I think we have all been duped. I am filing a charge back on my card. I paid almost $300 and have nothing. Zero customer service.

I ordered 2 very expensive blankets from these incompetent buffoons, probably scammers, over a month ago. I received my proof a week after I made the order (It was shotty and I could've done it myself, but better, in Photoshop in 3 minutes). Supposedly it should've taken 2 weeks to get here, in time for Christmas, but no. I've sent countless emails and not one response. I had no present for my grandparents because the two blankets were almost 200 dollars. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Very disappointed by this company. I placed my order on November 29th. I received my proof on December 13th and sent emails regarding the status of my package on December 16th, 19th, and December 22nd and have yet to hear anything back. Such a scam, do not order from this company!!!

I am not one to complain and I don’t usually write reviews, but this company is so unprofessional. I ordered a print Black Friday... it’s now December 29th, and I never received a proof or the product. Furthermore, they do not respond to email, website contact, IG, or FB. At this point I am considering Real Pet Art a scam company. Do not use!

Unresponsive and the order never came. I ordered a pet portrait Nov 30 and didn’t receive a proof until Dec 14 - their site says 2-3 days. They had made an error and forgot an element to the portrait in the first proof and the next proof didn’t come until Dec 18. I didn’t receive any shipping info and have emailed over 4 times since with no reply. This was meant to be a Xmas gift. Oh well! I wouldn’t recommend AT ALL. I will have to contest payment on my CC to get a refund.
